Jun 2019: Its funny to me how the owner gives feed back only to the good review. But doesnt respond to the bad ones.... how can you fix that review? How can you better urself as a community? Jun 2019: I like the grounds. Apartments are slightly small, but nice. But its incredibly hard to get ahold of someone from leasing. And its CLOSED on Saturdays, although Google states it's open from 10-5. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Do not even bother to come check the place out. We have had issues here since before we moved. We received 4 different welcome letters, had the leasing agent Carianna lose our copy of the deposit receipts literally the day of and she didn’t even remember so make sure you keep your receipts. We were told we were going to be set for our move in date and they decide to email us 3 days before letting us know the move in date has to change because the apt wasn’t ready. Now they were nice enough to upgrade our apt for us with new carpeting due to all the issues we’ve already had with them. However, We had an incident where we had to pay a whole lot of fees totaling over $1000 and we pay liability through these apartments and they have yet to provide me with any of the liability information and Ive asked 3 different people including the manager for it for the 5th time already and I’ve been waiting for almost a month as they seem to answer all my other questions but that one Review from Google
May 2019: I want the time of my lease to be over. I have had the worst experiences in this place, The person in charge of the accounting at the office has no professional ethic at all. This morning i had a talk with her, I told her good morning she didnt reply back, I tried to explain that my money order was made on the 3rd which it was last friday but because my job schedule i was not able to get to the office on time. I been here almost a year and it was the first time i had the money order made after the 1st i was not refusing to pay the extra fee but in most places they dont have an issue to get it the following bussnes day which it was today monday morning any how only words i had from her was it doesnt matter, it doesnt repetitive more than once. Once again 0 ethic your late fee Is 150 plus my rent 1,040 a total of 1,200 which for one room and apartment of 567 square feet Is ridiculous now plus the bad service bad costumer service no professional ethic the pool still closed and the reviews everytime get worst Review from Google
Mar 2019: DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! THIS PLACE IS BEYOOND TERRIBLE!!! the management changes all the time and the office staff is alway rude and sarcastic. They never answer the phone, times when they are supposed to be open they are closed. one time i was walking to the office to turn somthing in to them and the lady was flipping the "open/closed sign" to open but when she saw me flipped it back to close and walked away. 1.) I rented here with my spouse last yr and they overcharged me on rent the entire time. every month ill complain and they would do nothing and tell me "I dont know why its high but you still have to pay it." my rent was 951, 981 with everything included. but yet i had to pay OVER $1,100 the highest my rent went up to was 1400. i was also charged twice on utilities. 2.) Things were always breaking and matenance would never fix whatever is broken and would never show up. once my AC unit broke and i had to leave my apartmment for days because no one fixed it at a decent time Review from Google
Mar 2019: Since the new management, I have been so much happier. They are always there for me when I need them and they are very friendly and caring. I walk into the office and they greet me with a smile and a good morning.The maintenance team is great, they work really hard to get things done on time and are very friendly as well.They keep the grounds looking nice. I have very nice neighbors, and i am happy where i am.
Dec 2018: We have lived here for 3 years and we have never seen this place decorated for Christmas or this clean. The new staff has been really nice and helpful. They actually do thing for the community like breakfast on the go. I Love the colors in the office. This new management is a big difference in a great way! Even the maintenance team is attentive as they saw some trash being blown by the wind and they were actually chasing it instead of just letting it fly out to the main road like our old maintenance did. Oct 2018: Edit: I had a lot of issues with the former property managers, but the current ones were much more helpful when I was able to speak with someone. I'm moving out in a little less than a month so we'll see how this goes. Review from Google

Sep 2018: The apartments are fairly nice. This area is quite but kind of far from the main attractions or roads. They do have renovated options to the apartment but the square footage is a little small on the 1/1 bedrooms. I also wish the wood flooring would be more of available option with some the apartments. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. They even took the time to follow up with me after my visit, to make sure I didn’t let lose out on the apartment if I was still interested. Review from Google
Jul 2018: Take it from someone who drove 3 hours after spending a lot of money on an application with the false impression of viewing a furnished 1-1 only to find that it was not only unfurnished, but also laden with hidden fees not mentioned in said application (I verified this with management). The lead manager would barely hold eye contact with me as I explained that the advertisement was falsified and the rental application did not properly state all monthly dues and fees therein; she played dumb and abdicated all sense of personal responsibility with the business she represented. For all those people looking to try to live in a small 1-1 apartment while flying solo, from out of town or not, do yourselves a favor and look somewhere else. Review from Google

Jun 2018: Overrun by dogs off the leash but refuse to post any sort of notice to residents no matter how much I complain. My dog was mauled twice in this neighborhood before and we're right back to it. No one cleans up in the dog park and its almost unusable. Management talks to you like youre stupid and wasting time and you have to fight them tooth and nail to treat you like a human. Crime is terrible but despite how much we pay for rundown apartments and appliances from the 80s they refuse to fix gates or hire security. I was shot at during a drive by and someone was mugged at gunpoint. I lost 600 dollars of packages over MONTHS, all the gifts I bought and recieved all stolen from the mailboxes. I kept reporting it and asking about it but not oy did they refuse to fix it but they refused to notify anyone what was happening. I tried to show the manager Review from Google
May 2018: Stay away from this god awful place! I don't even know where to begin. For starters, these apartments are WAY overpriced. $887 a month for 567 sq. ft. plus water and a million other fees, usually totaling about $920 a month! For an apartment that was not updated, run down, leaking, tiny, dirty, and just overall really crappy. The first day we noticed that water was leaking from the shower onto the floor. Maintenance came and within 30 seconds tried to tell us we were splashing the water onto the back wall which was then running onto the floor. A few days later, we left the apartment at 9am and came home at midnight to find our bathroom flooded. When maintenance came back, lo and behold we were right. There was a leak in the wall causing the flooding. The steam from the dishwasher caused the paint in the kitchen to peel and then mold. They ju Review from Google

Apr 2018: This complex has to be the absolute worst one I've ever rented from. The property manager is extremely rude and will talk down to the tenants. They find moving a fridge more important than. Fixing a completely clogged bathtub (even though slow drainage in tub had been reported two weeks ago). Nevermind that they never answer the phone or call back when a message is left. Mar 2018: This place suck. They only tell you how much rent is but don't tell you all the fees they have on top of rent. The older lady that work at the office talks to much and the front office smells like cigarettes. They never pick up the phone and if you need something done to the apartment they either never come or take foreverrrrrrrrrr to fix the issue or don't fix it at all. Mar 2018: NEVER MOVE TO THESE APARTMENTS!!! Stay as far away as possible from this place. Terrible staff and manager, they offer one thing showing a beautiful display apartment but the reality is totally different, old apartments, a lot of dirt, broken kitchen cabinets, pets infestation, water leaks, mold, filthy, rude and unprofessional manager. Even with pictures we showed to manager by email about what was happening this person rudely responded to us saying that those buildings are from the 80's and she needs to take care of 300 tenants more. When my wife went to the manager office, she told her at 3 pm “come back in one hour because I am at lunch”. Mar 2018: New Management is impersonal and provide bad customer service. They quote you a price with the customary 48 hrs hold, but are not able to show you the apartment. The 1 bdrm will not be renovated and if it is not up to standards, they keep the fees. Danielle is very unprofessional. Just focused in collect personal data and giving you a print out. Feb 2018: Do not move/live there! I lived there through at least 3 management changes and none of the parties communicated with the previous party. While living there, a tenant was robbed at gunpoint and the culprits left through a gate that was not working. This gate was inoperative more than operative the whole time I was there...talk about security...not!! Because I wouldn't switch my cable service from AT&T to Spectrum/Brighthouse, I was told I had to leave! Like others have said in their reviews, everything brought up negatively is TRUE!! don't sign a lease and if already a tenant, get out ASAP!! Review from Google
Feb 2018: We’ve lived here for almost three years. Problems began with noisy inconsiderate neighbors but what can we really do about that. What other people have mentioned is very true, roach problems, the fact that if you come here at night it’s pitch black so safety is definitely a concern. What really has us frustrated is 1) the gate hasn’t worked ever since we started living here and yet they still charged us for a useless key fob meant to open it. Every time we bring this up we’re scoffed at and rudely pointed towards the gate asking if we see thats it’s broken. How rude is that? When will they fix it? They charge such high rents that you would think they would fix this after 3 YEARS. Which brings me to 2) last month the mailboxes were robbed and vandalized (probably by residents themselves). Jan 2018: Slumlords strike again. Received a note on the door Jan 8th stating they would be entering all apartments today Jan 10th. Note stated to make arrangements if you have a dog and provide codes for alarms if you have one. No reason was given for the purpose of entering our home. That being the case I wrote a note posting it on the door stating expressly that I am denying them access and that I would contact the appropriate authorities if I saw they entered without my permission. I ended the note stating they could call me with any questions. I setup a trap at the door to alert me if someone had entered and sure enough my two cans had been knocked over. This management company consistently has shown disrespect in their treatment of tenants both directly and by the way the property is run like a Slumlords. Dec 2017: Wow!! I see all those bad reviews which I had no clue how bad it is living there. I actually been trying to move in and their prices keep changing. Also I was told to keep calling them and have not received a response from them. I went in person for the second time and was told that a 1 bedroom was like $900 and above and then when I checked their site is around $830.00. Nov 2017: The worse management I've ever experienced. I normally don't leave reviews however I could write a book on how mental the people that run this place are. What started it all? Was locked in for a rent of $1200, only to pay application and admin fee and when its time to sign a lease we're looking at $1400 a month with extra fees we were told were included in the rent from the start. Promised a refund of our admin fee and one person said "Great! Im processing the refund right now and you'll have it in the mail in 10 business days". Month goes by and since you can't ever get anyone on the phone I had to drive over in person only for them to now tell me I have to go through a 3rd party company (monument) to get my money back.
