The room has its own private bathroom, closet, desk with desk chair, dresser, mattress and bed frame. The verge has over 5 different amenities. Lease ends July , and needs to be legally transferred into your name. REST OF DECEMBER ALREADY PAID!! And will take care of $ transfer fee for the lease to be put in your name. Rent is originally $, but I will be taking $ off for every month you’re there. So rent comes out to $. Will also take off $ Instead of $ for first month. My actual room is posted in pictures.
