2 bedroom 2 bath. Located on third floor. One 👨 maleroommate. Every apartment is fully furnished with a bed, desk, chair, dresser, and nightstand. In the common area it comes with a couch, coffee table, side tables, and dinning table. A separate laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer within the unit. In kitchen you have a ⛄ fridge, sink, garbage disposal, dishwasher, stove, oven, and ☢ microwave. Trash comes every night and has a trash bin located right outside of apartment. The community itself is wonderful. Equipped with three 🏊 pools, two gyms, 🍔 grills, three basketball courts, volleyball courts, two study rooms and a cafe! There is no down payments or additional fees except for a $ utilityfee which renews yearly from the start of the lease and a $. charge if no renters insurance is provided. There is a cap on 💡electricity but only % of residents go over. I have never gone over the cap and I have been a resident for over 2 years.
