This 3x3 apartment is perfect for anyone attending 💛 UCF. This apartment including A/C, Washer/Dryer, and private amenities. Their is a free🚍 bus that takes you to campus, and the apartment includes a 🎇cleangym and 🏊 pool. This apartment is a great and safe living area since it is 🌉 gated off all the ⌚time. They always have trash collectors come everyday in the morning in order to keep the hallways 🎇cleaned. Every week they pressure wash the outside in order to keep the building and hallways 🎇clean. You have access to a free printer hours and a extremely helpful front desk service that is available from am-5pm. However, they always have on site maintenance for emergencies hour and on site campus cops.
For the room itself, it includes a full size bed, desk, drawers, private bathroom, sink, shower, and toilet. Each door has its own unique lock so the carrier has to have 2 keys, one for the main door and one for his/her unique door lock.
