Sep 2019: Save your money and don’t live here. Mold is a huge factor here. All they do is paint over it. Save your money and live somewhere else. Also, the office staff is terrible. Rude is a nice way to describe them. Also, if you like a nice cool apartment this isn’t the place for you. They hesitate to fix your AC when it’s out. Review from Google
Aug 2019: I was considering moving to Elevation. I previously was there when it was Country Oaks. They claim they have all renovated units, where the photos on the website show. But that’s actually false advertising. I called on a unit and they informed me it was not renovated. Who does partial complex renovations??? When it was Country Oaks it was very dated all around. So now it’s even more dated, so be careful when checking with them. They advertise the new stuff, but will stick you with extremely dated units instead. That is some very deceitful marketing and operations for a company. Review from Google
Jul 2019: We lived in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment for one full year. The move-in process itself was extremely poorly managed by the leasing office. We had specifically agreed to rent a unit that had the hardwood floor in the dining area as opposed to carpet, since we have a pet. On our move-in day, the leasing agent gave us keys to an apartment that had carpet. When we brought the mistake to their attention, they told us that there would be a three week period before one of those units became available. We had to make alternate living arrangements on the fly during that time. Once we finally were able to move into an apartment with the hardwood floors, the entire apartment smelled like cigarette smoke, was infested with fleas and roaches, and had dog poop and a rotten pumpkin on the balcony. They at first tried to blame the fleas on our pet, even though our dog had never even set foot in the apartment yet Review from Google
Jul 2019: Visiting this community was a great experience. When I entered the leasing office I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. Tina listened to everything I was looking for in my new apartment home and was able to show me the prefect one. Review from Google
Jun 2019: Decent place to live. Maintenance doesn't seem to have direction. Landscaping the first 60' of the property seems to be the only concern to get you moved in and paying that rent. Good place for animals $30 month per cat. Dogs accepted; good and bads there. Some people care for their dogs life family and walk several times a day others barely walk them and don't pick up after them. Nothing like walking your dog with a fresh loaded bag and stepping in someone else's mess that they didn't pick up. Day 68 At elevations and the big pool aka the reason you decided to live there is still not opened. The little hidden pool out back opened late; a letter was posted to everyone's door that May 24th it'd be open nope the 29th was the first day the lock was off that gate. I'm going to short pay rent until all ammenties in lease are opened. $968 for a deluxe single br with on site laundry and 1 tiny pool for hundreds of units why isn't it up and running yet? I've got co workers who were like oh cool you live there we want to move there for the big pool and I tell them not open yet despite July is days away Review from Google

Jun 2019: I have had an amazing experience with Elevation Knoxville! The office staff Tina, Megan, and Bailey have made a lasting impression with their professionalism and care for the tenants. From the very start Tina went above and beyond anything I could expect from an apartment community! She took the time to show me countless units to ensure I found the perfect location within the complex. Megan took the time to thoroughly answer every question I had during my lease signing and made my move in a breeze! Any and all requests I’ve had concerning my apartment have been completed the same day! I absolutely love my apartment home! If you are looking for an apartment I highly recommend Elevation Knoxville. Tour for yourself, I promise you won’t be disappointed! Review from Google

Apr 2019: Great place to live the office staff is wonderful they go above and beyond to help and make sure you are happy and taken care of it's a nice clean safe place to live Review from Google
Apr 2019: I have a long laundry list of reasons why living at Elevation Knoxville is one of the worst decisions I've ever made, but I'll try to keep it as brief as possible. We had many issues with the leasing office making mistake after mistake before we even moved in, but the problems following moving in were much worse. During our time there, the building closest to the road had a fire that ruined several apartments, and they never once released a statement about what happened, or reassured residents that their apartments are safe. Last Summer, I was about to leave to go to work in the morning, when I saw yellow jackets swarming our living room. We called the office and they said they would notify a pest control service. When they told us it would take a few days before someone could come out (and by this time we've seen hundreds of yellow jackets somehow getting into our living room), we expressed how uncomfortable we were with that (especially since we own a cat that has to stay at home while we're at work), and their attitude was basically 'not our problem Review from Google
Mar 2019: There are better apartments nearby with much better service provided for a cheaper or equal price. This company will overcharge for services that are not provided (i.e. charge you for an "renovated" apartment that has only been partially renovated). If you enjoy selective enforcement of rules, this is the place for you. It is a place where residents are required to have a parking pass, but the parking pass means very little. Your neighbors can have over ten overnight guests come in after the office closes and leave you without a place to park every single night! If you enjoy getting pushed aside and spending $930+ for a single unit with no w/d hookups, check this place out; otherwise, get a better deal somewhere else.
Mar 2019: Ever wonder where the worst place to live for the most money? 6 months and over 30 service requests including mold... Their lack of care caused our previous maintenance man to quit. Electric bills near $400 due to always running humidifiers for the several water leaks we've had. The maintenance also uses our own towels for cleanup and left them outdoors. Now we have to contend with exposed electrical wiring with 2 small kids, while also being 75 in our house because it's "too cold" to fix the AC unit. don't even think about calling their management or asking for reimbursement, they don't call you back and never help you. I have rented for the over 10 years and this is the worst place I've ever lived.... Have I mentioned the cockroaches! We pay $1300 for a 3 bedroom townhome style apartment and have issues nearly every day. The mold was so bad initially that my daughter got walking pneumonia.
Dec 2018: Great place to live. Would send anyone thid way. Megan in thr office is awesome. Best experience ive had Review from Google
Dec 2018: Really great friendly service! The best employ there was Megan L. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Review from Google
Aug 2018: Sign says newly renovated. Yet the kitchens look like they are from the 1970s. I didn't know they still had stoves that old. Seriously! Bathrooms aren't much better. Review from Google
Aug 2018: My experience at Elevation Has been nothing short of amazing. The grounds are beautifully kept year-round. The staff is fabulous and have always been very professional. I truly feel they love their residents and I think that makes all the difference between mediocre complexes and GREAT complexes. The location is one of the best in Knoxville- convenient to everything. The apartments are high quality and a lot have been renovated. I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Review from Google
Aug 2018: In getting ready to move to the area after my Army career ends I've vigorously reviewed prices compared to images/ reviews and really think this place could be the best around. When I called to ask an obnoxious amount of questions Emily answered and was beyond patient and helpful, I look forward to seeing the apartments in person soon and hopefully signing a lease!!! Review from Google
Aug 2018: I have lived at the Elevation for almost a year now and they have been wonderful! From the first day when I came in needing a fast move-in, they made the calls and made sure the apartment was ready swiftly so that everything was fast and convenient! Since that time they have always been extremely communicative with any questions I’ve had and whenever I stop by the office the staff is always warm and welcoming!! I would absolutely recommend! Review from Google
May 2018: Literally the worst apartment complex in Knoxville. It’s nearly guaranteed that you will have mold exposure. During my residency here my roommates and I had money stolen from us due to a staff member who was embezzling from residents. This was brought to our attention by the manger, Whitney. However, we were never reimbursed for this. Maintenance never failed to leave a mess behind after a mediocre repair. Roaches were everywhere (even upon move in). Moving into Elevation was by far one of the worst decisions I have ever made. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Elevation is in a really great location and has good amenities and apartments. On the rare occasion I need something fixed, the maintenance staff is always quick and helpful. I'm a happy resident for over a year and a half now Review from Google
Apr 2018: I have lived here for 6 years and have enjoyed the complex quite a lot. Every one in the office has always been super friendly and helpful. Overall quiet community and very little issues on my part. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to live. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Update after living here a few months: The dog poop situation has improved, though there are still some jerks who just think rules do not apply to them and there always will be. Maintenance is very responsive to issues. The second set of tennis courts (not by the main office) are in bad shape, but we love being able to play tennis without having to drive halfway across town. Our building, and the whole complex in general, is very quiet and that's wonderful. THE GOOD: The front office staff has been really awesome- very friendly and helpful staff. I've been living downtown the last two years and am so excited to have more square footage, walls and doors, a balcony, and quiet/privacy. I honestly expected a lot of noise and haven't heard a peep out of my neighbors. The "deluxe" units are much nicer than the older units. The wood laminate floors Review from Google
Apr 2018: I would not recommend living here. We moved in October 2017. We’ve had multiple maintenance issues and they never get fixed the correct way. I’ve been to the office on multiple occasions only to be told we will take care of it. Nothing is ever fixed. I emailed the district manager and still no response. The office staff seems friendly but not willing to make things get done properly,. The management is not helpful at all. My stuff is still not fixed after all the complaints.
Mar 2018: Love living at Elevation!! The old trees on the property are beautiful in the fall and the pool and grill areas and the best place to relax in the summer. I really enjoy the community events as well Review from Google
Mar 2018: A great place to call home! I have enjoyed living here and plan on staying for a long time! The staff is the best I have ever dealt with! The grounds are well kept. The area is very clean and has a very safe neighborhood feel. Really convenient to some awesome local eateries and hangouts and equally close to downtown and the lakes! Couldn't recommend it more! Review from Google
