This is a spacious three bedroom apartment at the Province. It is close to 💚 USF Tampa campus and the Bull Runner comes directly to the apartment and back to pick up students. This is a single bedroom with a closet inside the bedroom with a closet inside the bedroom and a private bedroom. There is a shared kitchen with the apartment mates, a living room and a laundry room. Each person has their own lease. In addition, the apartment is fully furnished and Province provides roommate matching. There are two community 🏊 pools, a volleyball count, a small gym, free printing, a computer room, a study room, a 🎥 movietheater room and a lounge. All the information and pictures can be found on the Province website. This is a cheaper lease than what province can offer since I got the lease earlier in the year.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
