Nov 2019: Jessica is amazing, however Kassidy is ABSOLUTELY the worst! She is a bully and a racist. She has inspected my apartment 3 times in 30 days for the same thing, and yes I have kept a copy of each letter. She is only nice to the Hispanics including the lady who watches her kids. I will be reporting all of this information on 11\18\19 to the Management Company. I even recommended these apartments to a friend and she has said the exact same thing.
Oct 2019: Been here since 2017, great place to live. Quiet and great office team! Review from Google
Aug 2019: I’m so glad I dodged a bullet moving into these apartments. I applied despite all the scary reviews and my app was denied fortunately. But the messed up part is that they kept my 150.00 and it was never mentioned to me that it was non refundable. I really feel like I was scammed out of 150.00 than when I called back Kassidy just repeated non refundable over and over and she didn’t once mention it earlier. How sickening to take someone’s money like this. Review from Google
Aug 2019: After reading the reviews on here I was skeptical to look at this place but I’m SoOo happy I did. I currently live here now and I have not had one bad experience. Any request I put in has been handled in a 24-48 hour time frame and the office associates have been nothing short of kind and respectful. Kassidy who works in the office is amazing, she kept in touch with me throughout my move in process and has been a joy to speak with and see whenever I walk into the office. Definitely don’t let the reviews scare you. I’m glad I didn’t! Review from Google
Dec 2018: Definitely a terrible place to live. Mold everywhere, management that doesn't pick up the phone, repairs that take forever if you're lucky to get to you. Pet policies are super strict. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Review from Google
Nov 2018: I don't recommend to anyone to live here. Parking is terrible, it sounds like the people above us are moving there furniture around at least 5 times a week with the foot steps and pacing from end to end of the apartment. There is a Quite time like I'm back in elementary school. and with the slightest noise the people below are so petty they complain about the walking. So after 10 pm we cant even walk around the apartment . yes i I know I said something about it the foot steps in the review but not once in the 7 months of being here have I reported them as I know people are going to be walking around. Review from Google
Sep 2018: I am having mixed emotions about this community. I regret moving from a house to an apartment. The notices and unwarranted inspections have me thinking that moving is my best option. Having to deal with petty neighbors scratching up my vehicles and complaining about noise is something I refuse to deal with. I feel like I'm in high school living with my parents. I can't live peacefully (with respect to my neighbors). I feel like I am being targeted by this time. Three inspections in less than 6 six, what is this Public Housing. Nice area of town to live in, apartments are small, there isn't many parking spaces and neighbors can be petty. If you wanna have a curfew and have your home invaded weekly by inspections I would say move here. My recommendation turn this complex into college housing I dont think any adults should have to adhere to Review from Google
Jul 2018: We had something happen when I approached the manager she did not listen to me and forced me to move out or we will be evicted Review from Google

Sep 2017: We've been living here for about 8 months and so far it's been a very positive experience. The maintenance crew has been very prompt and thorough about fixing any problems we've had. We've had minimal contact with the front office, which I consider a good thing- it means we aren't having things we have to complain about! My only criticism is that there are cigarette butts EVERYWHERE in front of our apartment building. I used to smoke and it's not that hard to use an ashtray. Wish management would take a harder line with people flicking their butts out onto the property. Other than that, they do a very good job keeping the buildings painted, grounds trimmed and neat, overall a surprisingly well maintained apartment complex for the price you pay. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Living in this apartment was like living in hell! The apartments are infested with mold! When you first move there they ask you to sign a mold agreement. At first I thought it was something that every apartment complex have to run by you so I didn't look into it. Signing the clause was a trick! They made it seem like it was no big deal, they know they have mold and failed to admit that it's so bad to the point where it's getting on your clothes and making you sick! Review from 6/9/17 on Google
May 2017: My daughter put in a rental application and no one never called us back, even after we called over a dozen times. Someone even answered just to hang up the phone on her. Very unprofessional and ignorant of the leasing agents. It's not difficult to pick up the phone and answer simple questions. We will be making a visit and I cam wait to talk to these leasing agents, if that is what you want to call them. Review from Google
Sep 2016: My family and I were looking for a place. The community manager, XXXX, was very helpful and courteous and patient. Unfortunately we couldn't move forward with moving here because they didn't have availability but I definitely would consider it in the future if the need arises again. Review from 9/23/16 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2016: This was a wonderful place to live! It was peaceful, safe, and friendly. The staff was great and we never had a problem with any repairs. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the apartments are kind of small and the train nearby can be an issue. Other than that, I really enjoyed living here. Review from Google
May 2015: I would give this property a low rating. Although cheaper than some of the other properties in the area, it is not worth the price cut. The apartments are older and relatively small. There is almost no storage space and the closets are quite small. Appliances are old and there is always a problem with mold. The mold is recurring problem, and when reported to maintenance or management, they simply spray some type of spray on the mold which only temporarily fixes the problem. In regards to the property management, the current property manager is one of the rudest people Ive dealt with professionally. Review from 5/22/15 on Apartment Ratings
Oct 2014: I do not recommend anyone to rent this property. There are numerous thing to comment on: 1. Fitness room is extremely small and almost all equipments do not work. There is always the fear of being hurt. 2. Pool is always crowded with kids (some of them poop/pee and some do not stop playing/fighting rough and noisy with their footballs/swimming rods. Most people go in straight into the pool with their regular paints, shorts, t-shirts...on. 3. Mold starts early September and remains all through the cold season. If complaint is put, they spray a chemical which smells horribly for days and the manager would dictate you to wipe the windows every day and keep them open. I wonder how this is practical for working people. Review from 10/14/14 on Apartment Ratings
