Jun 2019: I love staying in Phillips Mallard Creek apartments. The entire staff is really good especially the maintenance staff (Dylan and Joe) are great. They love the residents and their job.They always get things taken care ASAP and are always willing to listen.They follow up quickly on maintenance request whether urgent or non-emergency.
Maintenance is one of the most important factors we have been renewing our lease from past 4 years. Jun 2019: I am very impressed with most staff at PMC. Julie and the office staff off good service. However recently Dylan starts working in maintenance and he is very committed, well mannered and exemplary person I have met in a long time. He gives more than 100%. She was a great tour guide and definitely made us feel comfortable if we choose to stay at Phillips Mallard Creek. If you are looking for somewhere to stay, go see Sara because she’s great! Mar 2019: I took a tour of these apartments recently. I was impressed by the amenities including pool, Gym and recreational areas. Staff was courteous and has explained the lease agreement in detail. Overall, the property is maintained well. The apartments look nice as well. I would lease an apartment here.
Ps- Read the rental lease agreement before you sign. There are few things renters need to get educated on before leasing an apartment. Office staff is unprofessional, rude, passes out notices late, give less than 24 hours to enter into your apartment. Management (including district manager) does not care about residents. EXTREMELY high rent; apartments are not that great for the rental amount. CONSTRUCTION is going on right now (at any time... including 4:00 AM); streets are becoming damage from construction (not good for your tires on your car). Office does not accept FedEx or UPS packages for pickup. You can ONLY select one of two ways to pay rent; you MUST choose one (online or certified funds). There is one good thing... the Maintenance Supervisor (Joe) is great! You work too hard to pay rent to a community/company that just want your money!!!!! FACTS.

Let me start my review with the management. Horrible people at the front office they are RUDE (Manager) and UNPROFESSIONAL (staffs and rest of the employees). Nobody like to talk with this rude manager lady but at the same time I wonder how the other 2 staffs got their job in here with ZERO knowledge.
Don’t expect to get your deposit $500 back.
They gave us an old stove and they charge $325 for replacing that at the end of the lease and now they are saying that “THEY ARE NOT GOING TO GIVE THE DEPOSIT MONEY BACK†and still they have charged extra $100 ($500 + $100) dollars stating that we left the apartment super dirty. Uffff. They will steal your money like anything.

My Washer and Dryer had issues when I first moved in and I went to speak with Julie the property manager and they had me a new washer and dryer in my apartment he same day! The staff is super friendly and the maintenance crew helps the living experience from salting the roads and sidewalks before it snow making it smooth to drive around during the snow storms. The Pool and Gym and super clean and the equipment actually works. I lived at a lot of apartments and a lot of time the gym is down due to "issues" but this place keep the gym clean and fresh. She was so helpful and super happy and not to mention knowledgeable. I was honest and told her these apartments were a little out of my price range and she even went as far as to give me pricing for the apartments around the area that are more fitting to my price range. She just wants to help when she really did not have to do that. She is absolutely amazing. Whatever she is getting paid needs to be doubled because her customer service and sincerity is second to none. Feb 2018: Living at phillips mallard creek has been the best apartment experience I’ve had in the area. The staff is helpful, the apartments are well kept and the grounds are always clean thanks to the maintenance men.
