Taejh has been super helpful throughout our move-in process, especially since our move-in was very last minute. She has been very patient with us while answering our endless questions and has made sure all of our concerns have been resolved. Jul 2019: I am in love with this property. Quiet, spacious and welcoming. I came In for a touring, I have no complaints at all. Property was nice and clean. Your Staff was pleasant and very helpful. I was offered a tour by Tray , without even having to ask . I’ve been to a lot of apartment complex but the service I received from him was impeccable. He knew everything about the property , answered all of my questions even my crazy questions. Tray was also patient and seemed like he cared about my visit and cared about his job.. It truly makes a difference when the management team respects the residents and works hard to make the rules fair and property comfortable for all families. Jun 2019: I’ve enjoyed my experience with this management team. The care they provide this community shows in their excellent customer service and upkeep of the property. It’s a pleasure having them in the office working to help residents have the best living experience possible at Belle Haven. They are the most well-mannered staff I’ve seen here.

When I brought this up to the manager he said that event didn’t affect the market value.
The train passes by constantly and quite literally makes my whole building shake almost knocking my computer monitor to the floor. Insanely small amount of visitor spaces, and then you get people who park and take two spaces at once. The parking lot itself is atrocious, as it’s plagued with all the ramps leading into storage units on top of the irrational drivers.
Then you get the loud music and nonsense going on at 3 am every once in a while. May 2019: Such a clean and quiet community and give me such a relaxation feeling. The customer service I received from Keenan was phenomenal if I wasn't visiting the area I would have rented at this community. Thanks so much Keena for being such a sweetheart . The new management clearly doesn't know what they are doing nor does the young man working in the front office. I went to talk to him about a matter the previous management was supposed to fix before they got ousted and he replies with "I dont know what that is we werent here". He acts as if the residents owe him something for some reason not sure why but he isnt very pleasant to work with. The new property manager seems cool only had one encounter with him. But back to my initial comment, the management has lost control over the property, trash sits outside doors for days, trash was once piled up beside the recycle area for 10 days from Black Friday until December 3rd. I do not recommend this apartment complex to any one it’s over priced and the management is not good at all. I moved out Nov 11th with my roommate and did not receive our deposit back because of a spot in the carpet that supposedly cost $135 to fix and then after paying our last month rent we were charged a final water bill of $63 that we were never told we had to pay and now we owe $23. Our water bill has never been over $20 since we moved there but all of a sudden it’s $63!!! I do not recommend this place to anyone. There is a constant train that comes by all day and all night not worth the price trust me! We had a 13 month lease and it was the worst decision we could have made! During this time we were continually emailed about the parking requirements and the threat of towing to keep spaces available for residents. I never once saw a tow truck and the management allowed illegal parking in handicap parking spots as well as in front of garages and other cars, preventing them from leaving without going up onto the grass or curb. Ridiculously high costs for animals and an ill-maintained dog park at the back of the complex. After having the apartment thoroughly cleaned (carpets and walls included) we were charged several hundred for more cleaning, as well as blind repair costs even though we had photo documents proving that they were perfect right as we moved out.
