Nov 2017: Great place to live, wonderful amenities, overall very clean and nice apartment which is very important to me. Those things are really hard to find in the surrounding area. This is my second lease here. Very comfortable. Review from Google

May 2016: Parking is horrible!! Office never answers phone calls or replies to emails!! We also signed a 13 month lease and now that we're getting to move out they are saying we have a 14montb lease and they said oh well!

Jan 2016: Parking is Horrible!!! If you live in the back of the community you better make sure you get home before 7pm to get a parking spot. There are very limited visitor parking as well.
The Staff in the Office is great Though.
Mail is located at the front as well, and carriers will leave packages at your door which i do not agree with.
Noise is sometimes an issue with loud music, but you are in an apartment, with that said I can hear the people who leave around and below me when they have conversations.

I've been more than pleased with the Belle Haven staff. The apartments are updated, the property has a gym to work out in, a pool to swim in and they throw events to get to know your neighbors. The property is right next to the rail roads, but I find it to be something you get used to very quickly. I've had to turn the volume on the TV up when it comes by, but not a single time have I ever been woken up from the train while sleeping. The maintenance staff is extremely friendly, and keep the property clean and professional looking.

Words can not explain what they do to ensure that the client is happy. I have never seen them without a smile or hello as well as knowing your name. They work with you to make sure you are satisfied. They each are unique and special in their own way, but as a total team PAR Excellence! Thank you from the bottom of my heart, because you have truly made this move for me from another sttate a total success and very painless.
Apartment complex: PAR Excellence top of the line: decor, appliances,fans,switches, toilet, AC W/D, etc!!!
Review from 8/27/15 on Apartment RatingsFeb 2015: I have had no problems living here(other than parking), the apartments are beautiful and the prices are reasonable for what you get. The neighbors are nice and I feel safe living here, the club house is nice but it closes early and the office staff is friendly. However, THE PARKING SITUATION IS HORRIBLE! I would have given these apartments five stars but the parking is so bad, DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU LIKE TO HAVE FRIENDS/FAMILY OVER! Recently a parking program was instituted where any guest that stays overnight has to be given a parking pass by the office and it must be returned w/in two days! When I learned of this parking rule I decided immediately I am moving when my lease is up.

Unless you don't mind loud boisterous neighbors, students being students (loud and unruly), poorly planned properties, no place to park, and limited green space. The parking situation is a nightmare, they gave us parking permits with rules associated to them, and no one follows the rules! Not even the management, well they don't enforce their own rules. People create their own parking spaces, often times blocking others from getting out easily. The complex itself is very small, so there isn't much to it.
