Jul 2016: While pricey, if you are a working adult, graduate student, or and unusually mature undergrad, this is the absolute best apartment community in Athens, GA. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else. An amazing community, all very friendly residents at different stages in their lives, and the most dedicated, sincere staff you can find (shout out to the coolest maintenance guys you'll ever meet being my therapists this year when I should have been studying), spectacular location, outstanding amenities, and so much more. You get what you pay for and MORE with 755. All other apartment complexes downtown are generic, student housing, while here each apartment has it's own unique, classic style.
Review from 7/21/16 on Apartment RatingsMar 2016: This is by far the best place to live in Athens. I was a student who stumbled upon this place halfway through a lease that I eventually ended up breaking just to live here. A few of the key points:
The staff is the best I have ever experienced. The manager makes sure you are well taken care of and will do just about any thing within reason to make a resident happy. I left my laundry in the washer and went on Christmas break. I called and asked if they could throw them in the dryer for me. I came home to clean and dry towels. The maintenance staff is UNBELIEVABLY friendly, courteous and professional and always get requests done within 24 hours, but usually within just a couple.

Aug 2015: I usually don't take the time to do online reviews, but I have been endlessly impressed by 755 and have to give them so much credit. Hands down, 755 has been BY FAR the best place I've lived in my 5 years at UGA. First of all, it's a VERY short walking distance to downtown Athens and campus. I would pretty much only drive my car to go to the grocery store and out of town. Second, the property is pristine. After living in a historical home for two years, it was SO nice to have new floors, freshly painted walls, nice countertops and appliances, etc.

We lived in a clean, comfortable, and secure area. Haley's top priority was always the residents - keeping them safe and comfortable, and making sure we shared resources appropriately. Maintenance was wonderful and always there to lend a hand when needed; they were willing to fix anything. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to potential residents.

The apartments are luxurious, the pool area & clubhouse are worthwhile amenities, and the maintenance staff (Dave and Tim) & the property manager (Haley) are extremely warm & friendly. I could not be any happier with my decision to live at 755.

Mar 2012: My mother and I were looking for a place where I would be safe and she would not have to worry about me as I attend school.
Being a third year law student, I don't want a party place. So many of my friends have said how where they live, it is one party after another. Pool areas trashed, beer bottles everywhere and cops always there for one thing or another.
The new manager, Jamie has just made this palce so wonderful. Very quick to take care of any request, sign for packages and so forth.
