Hi, Loading...

Dec 2020: A big shout out for Yuri at the Park Of Napoli. She had big shoes to fill here because of the great personnel here. However, first impressions have been great. She seems that she fit right in with the great team here at this complex. good luck and welcome to the family.
Dec 2020: a complex in excellent condition and very quiet
Nov 2020: A big shout out to Jordon and his Maintenance staff. They come to work everyday with smiles on their faces They make sure the tenants here are safe and feel secure. Thank You for the work you do.
Oct 2019: The ladies in the office are very helpful. Any issues I have had have been resolved, to my satisfaction, quickly and efficiently. I recommend The Park at Napoli to anyone in the market for an appartment. Review from Google
Sep 2019: I been here for about 2 years and I can't say anything bad christina and Dominique go above and beyond for your needs!!!! Kid friendly clean and quite :) Review from Google
Sep 2019: This is gated and quiet condominium where we can live There are nice shopping centers near us and you don’t need to drive very far. I recommend you can move here. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Just moved into a two bedroom at this place. Honestly the apartment itself is not bad but I’m giving this place 1 star anyway because of the bedroom door in the apartment. So the door for the second bedroom is literally a closet door not a bedroom room door so there’s no way to lock the door and it provides no type of privacy because theres huge holes on the sides of the door and someone standing outside can literally see you in the room and it’s very creepy and unsafe for someone with roommates who may bring other people who can stare at you from outside. I can’t even change clothes or sleep comfortably in the apartment. I contacted the front office about the issue and all they had to say is that it’s supposed to be that way. Who the F**k thought it was a good idea to put a closer door as a bedroom door?? So now I have to purchase another door with money I don’t have and on top of that pay someone to install the door Review from Google
Jun 2019: This office is very very disorganized. I applied for one of the apartments that was available on the website and I called them twice to make sure every thing is right and the apartment is available. Then I applied and paid the application fee. After 2 days when I went to the office to get the keys, they said the apartment is not available and somebody has moved in to it before you apply for that!!! They wasted my time for searching for the other apartments , and I had to stay at the hotel with my infant for more days. The office stuff are very rude and they just said that it is a fault on the website and there is nothing we can do for you. Review from Google

Jun 2019: If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I have lived at one other apartment complex in Orlando and they don’t even come close to this complex. I can’t tell you how much Dominique and Christina do for my husband and I. You can tell they truly care about their tenants and don’t just see you as another renter. Dominique seriously goes above and beyond my expectations every time I talk to her, I just adore her! Also, anytime we had an issue that required maintenance, they get back to us within minutes. The complex is overall a quiet and friendly place to live and their pricing is very affordable in my opinion. My husband and I love it here, we just renewed our lease 😊 Review from Google

May 2019: I moved here in July of 2018 from a nightmare apartment. I was worried about having the same bad experience but we definitely did not. This apartment has been a very great experience for my family. Domanique & Christina are amazing! Review from Google

Mar 2019: Tenants in at 504 are so loud at all times of the day !! Walls are so thing and there tv is so loud I can hear them from my living room and from the parking lot. If that was not bad enough I can her her dog barking all day! I was told this was a quiet community when moving in with quite hours after 10pm definitely not true. Love the complex if only the tenants is 504 could be respectfully of the 4 surrounding apartments !!!! Review from Google
Mar 2019: Honestly, the people are nice, it’s usually quiet, if you annoy the office enough they’ll send maintenance at a timely manner, no real problems that would make me say “do not come anywhere close to here” lol I like it here. The only thing I didn’t like was the occasional roach or bug seeing as I did live on the first floor so I guess it was bound to happen. Review from Google
Nov 2018: With Christina in the office, I can honestly say I haven’t had an issue here. You can tell she works her butt off and honestly, I think she is the thread that holds Park at Napoli together. Any time there has been an issue, which has only been twice in the 6 months I’ve lived here, Christina has been efficient in communicating and handing it. I put in a maintenance order yesterday, maintenance came today and fixed the problem. Maintenance even helped me jump my car once. They’re awesome. I enjoy living here overall. Thank you Christina and the maintenance team! Review from Google
Sep 2018: My AC/heater needed to be fixed fairly often. However whenever I would ask for a repair, I would get it pretty quickly. The walls are SUPER thin so you better hope for quiet neighbors. If you do have loud neighbors there's not much you can do about it because noise complaints are no more than a slap on the wrist. If you live on the first floor you are most likely going to get roaches, ants, and lawn shrimp. The redeeming factor of Napoli is that it's one of the lower prices you will find on University Blvd. The rent includes water, trash, pest control, sewage, and the units have a nice washer and dryer. The price isn't exactly low but it's still on the lower end in the area. Review from Google
Jul 2018: Domanique cares a lot about the residents and has been very kind to me. Things in the apartment did break down every once in a while and my AC/heater needed to be fixed fairly often. However whenever I would ask for a repair, I would get it within an hour. The walls are pretty thin so you better hope for quiet neighbors. If you live on the first floor you are mostly likely going to get roaches, little ants, and lawn shrimp. The redeeming factor of Napoli is that it's one of the lower prices you will find on University Blvd. The rent includes water, trash, pest control, sewage, and the units have a nice washer and dryer. The price isn't exactly low but it's still on the lower end in the area. Review from Google
May 2018: This place is amazing. I moved in here about a month ago, from the beginning Dominique (office manger) has been amazing any questions ive had from getting my paper work in to questions about the community she has bee great and answers my emails in less than a couple hours! the process was very smooth. Personally this was my first time moving out and relocating to another city and living here and moving in has been one of the easiest things ive had to do. Maintenance is AMAZING, their customer service skills are great always follow up on their jobs come quickly and get things fixed. so far i have no complains everything is great also family friendly, lots of variety of ages here its a nice mix of kids, students, young and middle aged adults and older adults. and cute dogs everywhere!!!! very quiet place. Dec 2017: don't even live there as yet and I'm already annoy by the behavior of the front office staff. At first when I'm applying very nice staff after I apply they are unprofessional, lack of caring and interest. Talk very loudly/ shouting when you ask a question. I regret applying at this place. Review from Google
Dec 2017: An okay place to live and I been here for 6 months. I choose this place because the neighborhood looks nice, my unit looks nice, my neighbors are nice, very quite at night and maintenance come by along with pest control. However this place is cheaply made. I have hurricane damage and report it but nobody ever came by and fix my water damage window. There's a sprinkler system right by my window and every time it rains, water from the roof will gather up and make a stream down on top of these cheap green plastic hood that serves no purpose. This makes the worlds most obnoxious sound. Living in Florida, it rains all the time!! I spend more time sleeping in my living room then my own bedroom. My neighbor can hear it too. The walls are thin as well. I can hear my upstairs neighbor walking around. The walking doesn't bother me. It's the fact I hea Review from Google
Dec 2017: This is the worst place to live at. Outside is tick/flea infested. Maintenance takes their SWEEEETTTTT time to address anyone’s issue. I should know, I had no AC for 3 months at the hottest peak of summer and NO ONE came to fix it till I took it to corporate. All corporate did was discount $200 off rent when I should’ve had more than that when we all in here almost passed out due to the 90° my apartment reached temperature wise. That wasn’t to only thing, I had no kitchen light and washer for about 2 months as well. This place is terrible I’m always so tempted to see the future residents and stop them from renting here it’s not worth it people. Maintenance also thinks it’s ok to just walk into your apartment as if they own the place, no knocking no nothing and driving the animals insane. Police are constantly here harassing people Review from Google
Oct 2017: Management and the staff are horrendous. I’ve been here for over 5 years in a 1 bd Apartment and rent has increased by around $500. I might as well just rent a small house for the ridiculous price. The staff spends more time on their Facebook page liking their own content than they do fixing the many problems residents have. This staff has a higher turnover rate than a ghetto McDonalds. They never fixed the appliance, mold or pest problems we notified them about. Review from Google
