Hi, Loading...

Aug 2017: It was better when it was Hunters Ridge because there was a super nice and caring staff and they held events for the residents. Then the new management, appeared to have a fake friendliness about them or some were just not friendly. It was then just a business and not about the residents. They also added charges at the end that we had to refute for being wrongly added in. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Now, no management company is perfect - sometimes they are slow answering maintenance requests, they can be hard to get ahold of, and some aspects of the apartments don't seem like they are built/repaired to last. But I will tell you that I once needed help moving a piece of furniture from my car into my apartment, so I called the office to see if they had someone working on site that could come help me. They didn't have anyone who was already there so the woman working the front desk walked down to my apartment to help me! They were helpful and considerate and I was so amazed that she would do that without a second thought! The apartment complex feels safe, it's not loud, and I haven't had any serious issues with the apartment. So from my experience thus far, it's an okay place to live. Review from Google
May 2017: I would give this NO stars if possible! The Park at Napoli has NO management skills! I have had 2 walk thrus on my apartment trying to get new appliances, been in same unit 6 years & because BOTH mgrs FAILED to put ANY notes NOW they want to give me a 3rd walk thru. I get up 5 days a week at 1am to be at Orlando International Airport. I work 50 + hrs a week as I am a Manager. My husband works overnights at Walmart, he is a Supervisor. He goes into work between 10pm & 11pm & doesn't get home until 8am. So he MUST sleep during the day! Review from 5/10/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Horrible place to live. We recently found out that we have rats because there was a huge hole in the wall behind the refrigerator that maintenance didn't close after doing work on. I called the office three times for them to fix this problem and I never got an answer. don't rent here, it sucks and based on how the apartment looks you really don't get what you pay for! Review from 4/19/17 on Google
Apr 2017: This place used to be one of the best places I have ever rented from.. however, new management has turned this complex into one OF THE WORST PLACES you can rent at. They increased my rent drastically after being here for 3 years, Never came through when called for anything that needed maintenance (every time it rained, water would seep in from the windows), and after all that, they are now trying to charge me 800 dollars for damage that I did not do. Stay away from these theives. The apartments are built like doll houses and are cheaply built but you are charged like you're living at the trump towers. Review from 4/10/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I lived there for three years. For the last year I was there the complex was under new management and had a completely new staff. The complex went from extremely accommodating, friendly, and welcoming to disorganized, rude, and chaotic. The management team was unhelpful with just about everything and I could no wait for my lease to end. I was traveling for work when the switch happened and I didn't get an email or notice of any sort about it. They also failed to inform me that due to new management, the rent was going up. If you are looking for an apartment in Winter Park, DO NOT LOOK HERE. Review from 3/4/17 on Google
Dec 2016: Very quiet neighborhood, love the fitness center along with the coffee bar. Review from 12/16/16 on Google
May 2016: Before this place became Napoli, it was Hunters Ridge and let me tell you, the switch of management turned this place into a hell hole. I never had any problems until just after they hired new management. I'm never acknowledged when I walk into the office and my questions are never answered straight out. The maintenance guys are nice, but if you have a problem with anything in your apartment, you might as well find a way to fix it yourself. We put in a work request to have a wasps nest taken care of on our balcony...almost 2 weeks later they finally came out and by then we had bought wasp spray from Publix and did it ourselves. Apr 2016: As stated on other reviews, the new management is absolutely useless and horrible. Blue Rock Partners came into management of this property and made the experience unlivable. The company is more concerned with the exterior of the complex without putting forth any effort into attending to the residents. Work orders are typically a nightmare, and the rent is absurd for the nothing that you get from this property. When the property was managed by Contemporary (Hunter's Ridge), the staff was much more accommodating and caring toward the residents. Take a word of advice from the rest of the negative reviews and do not lease here. The staff is unprofessional and generally uncaring about the property. Review from 4/20/16 on Google
Mar 2016: As most recent reviewers have been saying, do not believe the current rating of this place. Most reviews are from when this place was called Hunters Ridge and was actually a reasonable, decent place to live. My boyfriend and I moved in around July 2014. We noticed immediately the buildings and interiors were extremely old, but for the great price, we didn't mind seeing as everything was at least live-able and working. If we ever had a problem, maintenance would help. Once this place switched management everything went downhill. I have asthma which I noticed started to act up, so a family friend who works with AC's came in to look at ours. Review from 3/11/16 on Google
May 2015: No Good. don't move here. Poor customer service. Staff people are no good. They are poorly manage apartment. Good maintenance people though. They had to change their name from Hunter's ridge Apartments to The Park at Napoli. Review from 5/12/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jul 2014: don't move here. It has been nearly four months since rain started leaking through the ceiling fan in my bedroom, and Hunter's Ridge has done nothing. I called the first time it happened, and maintenance came, saw the leak, and said that they couldn't do anything about it and that the roof needed to be fixed. I was instructed not to turn on the fan or the light. Review from 7/31/2014 on Apartment Ratings
May 2014: We just moved in and have been impressed by the quick response of the maintenance staff in resolving our issues. One of the elements was burned out on the stove and we received a brand new stove right away. The appliances are in pristine condition. The a/c works so much better than in the apartment where we lived before. We have it on 80, and it is still cool. We don't even have to use the ceiling fans. Everyone we have met has been great.
