Hi, Loading...

Jul 2019: Update: forgot pics of everything! Been here since 2014, my first year was good because I lived on the side that the office is and that's the only side they make sure looks nice of course because everyone sees that side! But on the other side is disgusting the laundry mat looks like a public bathroom unless they clean it like once a month! All summer on this side the pool is green most of the summer i think we got swim twice when the sign wasn't up for being closed! Having roaches outside the apartments, ugh I have many pics! They are remodeling the outside for what half the stuff in the apartment need to be fixed first! Said the remodeling would be done like in 3 months should have it's just painting but nope still not done, ppl throw stuff all over the apartment complex n they don't say nothing just go pick it up not just trash but mattress all on your lawn if your by the trash can n all furniture! They charge you for a trash pick up service even if you don't use it we live by the trash can why would I wanna pay 20 dollars for someone to throw my stuff away when it's just right there? They charge a packet fee 10 why ? They charge for pest contol but I never see them but maybe a couple times they are always on the other side though hmmm! My a Review from Google
Jun 2019: High crime area, my car was broken into Twice, the second time two windows were broken out. Glass is still in parking lot. Maintenance is worst I’ve ever seen. There was a prairie dog or some vermin in the wall that was causing light in bathroom to flicker on and off and I was told it was “water pipes” . It’s still in there to this day! Multiple entries into my apt without any notice left of anyone being there . They moved items around to the point I thot someone had broken in and we have the police report to prove it. Most of time more than half of washers and /or dryers do not work. Second swimming pool was NEVER opened up. They charge $35 for “trash valet” and it is not elective. The dumpster was 5 feet from my front door. View was terrible of course . Gym? What gym ? Non functioning and absent equipment. A TOTAL disappointment . I’m so happy we moved out!!! May 2019: Great place, nice to see oldest daughter graduating. Doctor will now move on to next chapter in her story. Review from Google
May 2019: Not a bad place to live with affordable apartments. Review from Google
Apr 2019: The staff and maintenance are completely rude, they over charge but don't fix anything and the property manager lies alot about what's being done and doesn't treat everyone fairly, she's completely rude and lies to make extra charges.. Complete nightmare, be ready to have your rent go up every month and have nothing fixed because the maintance don't ever do anything. Review from Google
Feb 2019: Be cautious of the added rent! Charges for things like "package" fees, which means they will accept a pkg for you, or 25$ for "valet" trash, which was very hit and miss, and you cannot opt out. Pest control fee; which they should have to do anyways. At first, the place looked good outside, but you will soon realize its just a front. Walk back into the complex, and its trashy and people are allowed to let their dogs poop anywhere. Sons car was broken into, and others as well. Maintenance was also hit and miss, they kept coming to fix my toilet paper holder, but kept trying to nail it into same place, so it kept falling out. I was blamed for that after i moved out. Leak under sink was never repaired properly, so underneath was a smelly mess. Was blamed for that as well. I cleaned the apt above and beyond what is usually expected, and was hit wit Review from Google
Jan 2019: New management is better than the previous one. Quick response for the maintenance request service. 10 min from Tech and bus shuttle is available. Review from Google
Dec 2018: I moved out after a year as soon as my lease was up. My car got broken into twice within 6 weeks. Had to replace windows twice and living there was a safety concern. The pool is dirty for most of the summer. I had a hole in the shower due to many tiles falling off for 9 months never came to fixed it. This appartment complex is overpriced with hidden fees. Which wont be visible at the beginning. Utility bills will run u about 200 a month and thats when u bearly use your A/C. Trust me what shows 625 a month will turn into 780 plus your electric bill ($150) u end up paying high rent on a two bedroom. not worth in this area. If u have children the schools in this district are horrible. I mean academic wise not recommending. The staff is nice and always was but the neighborhood is just bad. Review from Google

Nov 2018: Loving the remodel, it looks fantastic. Everyone working here is always so quick to help and very respectful. Hector is the best! Review from Google
Oct 2018: I lived at this place for one year. This is by far the worst apartment I have lived in. I moved out due to safety concerns and the poor management. The apartment is in a sketchy area. My car was broken into and the same also happened to other residents. I didn't see the apartment took any measures to protect the residents and their properties. There are various fees which are not upfront, and the billing is chaotic. After moving out, I received a move-out bill saying I owed extra rent. I have paid all rents and moved out on time. I sent emails requesting a clarification, but did not receive any reply. I called the office, but they still could not clarify it, and there is no follow-up since then. The whole apartment is painted well and looks nice on the outside, but things are old and falling apart inside. My dishwasher was constantly failin Review from Google
Oct 2018: I hope I can give this place zero star! My husband and I live there for half an year now we need our rental history for my new apartment. The office first told me the last name was not match but they can still verify it for me since the APT number match the first name. After I pay $100 application fee to the new apt to send the verification, they denied it even they said to me they will approve it. Then I showed them the lease contract copy they said they gonna look for the original contract in their files. they said they will do it tomorrow but when i go to their office next day they said they will do it tomorrow again!!! Finally they told me one day before I need to move they don't have it! thats totally wasting my time and unacceptable! the office does not do their job at all! they dont have correct record for their residence and no even t Review from Google
Sep 2018: Hector in the office is very helpful. Swimming pool was always dirty and could never go swimming took along time to get maintenance to fix problems Review from Google
Jul 2018: I wish I could give negative stars to this ghetto place. Be aware about those five star reviews here, I highly doubt the truthfulness of them. The room we lived was full of disgusting cockroaches everywhere even inside our two bedrooms, and it's impossible to get rid of them no matter how hard we cleaned. The staff there couldn't be more irresponsible and they are extremely money hungry. As far as I know, at least two of my friends' brand new cars got vandalized right in front of our apartment building, and the staff there won't give a **** about what happened to them. Oh, I need to mention that they ripped us off by a huge amount of moving out fee when we moved out. There are plenty of nice and affordable apartments in Lubbock, do yourself a favor and run away from Indiana Village as far as you can! Review from Google
May 2018: I'm not sure why the review ratings are so low because I honestly had a great experience with Indiana Village. I never had a bug problem, the staff was always very nice and accommodating (especially Hector), I always liked all of my neighbors, never any loud parties, the laundromat is kept clean, etc. The only con I can think of might be if you leave you something in your car it might get broken into, but that's pretty normal at apartment complexes or anywhere for that matter lol. The bedroom closets are huge, but I really would have liked a hall closet for cleaning products or something. What I liked most about this apartment is the honesty. I expect to get screwed out of my deposit when it comes time to move out, but Indiana Village is refunding my entire deposit. Usually apartments look for any sort of charge they can, or blame previous pro Review from Google

When you move there, be ready that your car got vandalized, and the stuff there won't give a **** about what happened to you. Oh, don't forget that they're likely to rip you off by a huge amount of moving out fee when you are ready to leave this extremely unpleasant place....My suggestion is running away from this place as far as you can! Mar 2018: I'm new to area recently just moved for Austin came here to live need a chance of view I think this place is chilled I like it here and hope someone else like it here to Review from Google
Mar 2018: This apartment has to be the worst one I have ever lived in. The management is the worst! I have never had problems with a management staff till I moved here. Also when you move in and list all the problems they don’t fix it. When I requested a fix they do a horable job and it eventually breaks again. Can’t wait till my lease is up! Review from Google
Nov 2017: Too many cars being broken into, including mine. Too many fees that aren’t brought up until after you sign contract. Wouldn’t let me out of lease for feeling unsafe. So yeah, this is no good. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Hello,my friends,I have lived in the Indiana Village, which the circumstance is very quiet and convenient. As you know, there are fee-free TTU university shuttle buses from 7a.m.~7p.m. during weekdays. Review from Google

Sep 2017: The apartments are a great size and they have spacious closets! Dog park is complete, grass area and doggy stations are a plus if you have a furry friend! Review from Google
Jun 2017: First time getting an apartment and the staff was super hands on throughout the whole process. I recommend Indiana village to everyone who is looking for apartments. The staff are Some of the nicest people I've met. Never have I experienced any rude behavior from them. I don't understand why they get such bad reviews. The apts were run down so they started renovations & still people complained? 10/10 for me! Will definitely renew my lease here. Review from Google
Jun 2017: Very poor conditions, the rent isn't as cheap as advertised also. There a ton of hidden fees.First off the price of the rent on the website is not the actual price. They raise the price of rent when you ask about leasing information for the room. There are no washer and dryer units in the apartments also. If you use their facilities It costs about $3 to wash and dry a load using their facilities. If you want to use the pool or fitness area it costs an additional $50. If you want to receive packages at the front office it costs an additional $10 a month. They have these little trashcans that you are supposed to use for trash. Review from 6/2/17 on Google
May 2017: I was looking into apartments and I'm glad that I read these reviews, total eye opener. Literally the fact that they have this generic, sort of half assed response for everything and everyone's concerns shows how little they care. In fact I don't remember them actually saying "hey, you know what? come in and we'll see what we can do, or at least DISCUSS the issue" instead just "submit a compliant to a (more than likely) non existent group of people over the internet", this looks horrible. Review from 5/20/17 on Google
Feb 2017: As of 2/25/17 I've been living here for about half a year. don't get me wrong there are a lot worse apartment complex's out there, but that doesn't mean these are good either. For starters I've had AC problems on and off ever since I moved in during August, that never really was completely fixed by the complex until November. That's almost 4 months of a AC that wouldn't work during hot weather. You would think with all the construction crews they hire, things would be fixed correctly and in a timely manner, but that isn't the case. Instead there is constant construction going on, starting from 8am going tell 6pm, sometimes even earlier and later than those times. They have no respect for personal space or if they are disturbing you. Review from 2/25/17 on Google
