Jun 2019: This place is horrible! The leasing office can't seem to keep one damn manager on staff! So it's unclear who is running this place. Which makes sense why this place is fall apart. When things need to get done, they don't. The lack of communication is ridiculous. This place is also overly expensive and certainly not worth the price. The apartments are run down (maybe because the maintenance crew is lacking and those who are part of the maintenance look high and wasted most of the time). The roads and scenery around Anatole is worse! If you want to wake up to trash then this is definitely the place for you. Stay away from this place, unless you want random walk throughs done your apartment. Review from Google
Mar 2019: I have lived at Anatole for over 7 months and have loved every minute of it. The staff made the move in process quick and easy and are always willing to help. The location of the apartment is phenomenal being close to both Marsha Sharp and 289. It’s also a very quick drive to campus if you are a student. The apartment complex has great amenities like the gym, pool, and fire pits. Anatole is a great place to live and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Lubbock.Feb 2019: It was thrilling to find out how nice and friendly the staff was before they took us on the tour around the apartment complex. I noticed that it didn't change after signing the lease either. They're very attentive to the needs of the residents and the requests that come in. I've talked with others around the apartment complex, and they're just as pleased as I am. It's relieving to have people that care about the place and people around you! Feb 2019: I'm very happy here with my husband. Our previous apartment complex wasn't too nice, and we had a couple problems with the staff, but this apartment complex is a different story. We love it here and we can absolutely say for sure that the staff here really care about their residents just based on attitude and the events they offer. It's a nice change for us! Dec 2018: Helped move my daughter in from Tech campus, and it was smooth, with no hiccups or complaints. The staff was helpful and welcoming, and my daughter has enjoyed her time being so close to some of her favorite shops...aka Target. These apartments are great and I would recommend these to college students wanting to get out of the on-campus atmosphere. Best apartments around Lubbock! Nov 2018: I've since moved from Lubbock, but it's worth looking into if you're in the area. I was sad when I had to leave. The staff had really been one of my favorite parts when I lived there, as an alternative to living on Texas Tech. Great place if you want to get away from campus life and have caring staff, good amenities, and really nice apartments! Nov 2018: Lubbock, Texas apartments have come a long way. Anatole City View is by far the nicest most well run apartment complex in Lubbock. I've lived here for almost a year and have also lived at two other places during school. The complex is pet friendly and has a lot of good people.
