I’m looking to re-let my room in a 4 x 4.5 townhome at The Retreat. Re-let is different from sub-let, as in you would be taking over my preexisting lease, and you would also get the perks from it. I signed when they had a special going on, so you should get those perks since you would be taking over the lease. My current rent is $, but $ of that is 🐕 pet rent!
