- Rent from May to July 2021 usually is $1329/month including parking garage but I am offering a deal making it $1000/month through July 2021.

- From August 2021 - July 2022, rent is $1299/month including garage parking. This is a deal I received by renewing. (My floor plan originally goes for $1359 w/ garage parking)

- Utilities are not included but range depending upon usage. For me personally it ranged between $50-$75
