The rent is $ a month from August th - July th plus 💡electricity, but 🌊 water is included! The unit is in a three bedroom town house located on the second and third floor of building , and is a corner suite meaning you only have to worry about neighbors on one side of the apartment and below you, and extra windows in the living room and the room you would have. The room itself is located on the second floor of the townhouse (third floor of the building) and is spacious, has three closets, and a private bathroom! I have lived here for two years now and ❤️loved it!
