I&#;m sub-leasing a room in a 4x4 apartment at Arba for the school year. I am graduating on June th and will be moving out shortly thereafter. The Apartment complex has its own 🚍 bus that takes you straight to campus, as well as a TXST 🚍 bus stop right across the street. The room comes with its own bathroom. All current roommates will be moving out.
