I am looking for a 👨 male to sublet my room at Valentine Commons. You would be in Apartment with a great view of downtown Raleigh and NC State&#;s campus. Very short 🚶 walk to the conveniences of Hillsborough St. Awesome location! The apartment is furnished and you would have your own bathroom. All of my things are moved out so you would have to bring linens, toiletries, etc. The bedroom comes with a bed, dresser, and desk as well as a hanging rack with some storage space on top. There is a kitchen, common area, and washer/dryer in the unit as well. There are three other 👨 guys in the apartment now, but they&#;re in and out with jobs and that sort of thing.
