The bedroom and bathroom are not attached, but across a small hallway. There is a common area as well as a kitchen, and a washer/dryer unit inside of the apartment! The listed rent fee includes a parking space in the separated garage (the garage is filled in a first come, first serve style. You are guaranteed a spot somewhere in the deck, but not a specific spot).
