This room is the 1st room - Room A - with it&#;s own bathroom across the hall. The other bedrooms are currently leased. Rent includes utilities. Tenant is required to complete application with Valentine Commons to take over lease.
**Once lease is signed we will transfer a payment of $ ($ per month) to new tenant to be used for parking via VENMO, CashApp or Paypal. Parking application must be submitted directly to Valentine Commons.
