Looking for a 👨 male to sublease 1 bedroom in our 4x4 apartment unit. The bedroom available is an end room, so the bathroom is attached. Furniture supplied in the bedroom includes a desk, desk chair, dresser, and the bed frame + mattress. There is a shelf for storage and a place to hang clothes. Common area includes couch, chair, end table, entertainment center, and a great view from the 6th floor. All basic kitchen appliances are supplied (☢ microwave, stove/oven, dishwasher, ⛄ refrigerator), and there is plenty of cabinet space. There is a bar with two bar stools. The unit has its own washer and dryer and wifi (which is very nice). The monthly lease is $, and parking is available. HOWEVER, I am willing to sublease this space for a lower monthly price than that. Price can be negotiated. This room is available for sublease from around May 8th, to the end of the lease, July st.
Some amenities at VC include hour gym, aerobics room, vending machines, study lounges, game rooms (billiards, foosball, etc), computer lab, etc!
