I’m currently trying to lease out my furnished bedroom in a 2x2 at the University Village 🚶 walking distance from UNCG. It is also 🚍 bus accessible for any A&T, High Point or GTCC students, being about from each. All utilities are included in rent price. Furniture is also included in the rent as well, no extra charge. no overages what so ever. Washer and Dryer are in apartment and located away from rooms so it’s not loud. Rooms are spaced so you do not have loud roommate problems. I have never had any noise problems out of her.
My roommate is pretty cool. She spends a lot of ⌚time in her room so it’s not a problem with her being loud in the common area. Most of the ⌚time I do not know when she’s out there. Cool person just emotional at ⌚time, but aren’t we all. The rental office is pretty cool. no damages to the room or anything.
I’m here if you have anymore question. Also I’m willing to pay the month or December and potentially the lease takeover feel.
