Sep 2019: don't choose this apartment! Very very bad! I am still in the lease, they threw the things in my apartment without my permission! The apartment is next to the train track and it is very noisy every night! Review from Google
Aug 2019: The mattress is really dirty, and I cannot believe they can’t change it in three days!!! Review from Google
Jul 2019: I just renewed my lease! I have to say this place is awesome and management is professional and friendly, especially Brittany (she is the best). If you go to UNCG and you’re looking for an apartment, this’s definitely your best choice. I highly recommend this place. Review from Google
Apr 2019: Been living at the Edge for about 2 years now. Management is amazing and the staff is super friendly. The only problem I had was being accidentally locked out my room by offsite maintenance but they came and opened it for me free of charge. The Socials are fun and the pool is a great convenience during the summer Review from Google

Jun 2018: Been here two years and it was good before management changed. I got robbed and my maintenance requests always took longer than 3 days to complete. Only two buildings have alarms on their apartments and the rest are pretty bad. Wouldn’t recommend Review from Google
Jan 2018: The absolute best location in distance to campus I could've asked for. It is down the street from UNCG and make walking to and fro not a problem, you are also near walgreens, CVS, and a few small restaurants. The staff is also very friendly and the occasional free food events are very nice. The rooms are spacious with private baths that would be welcome to anyone who has lived on campus. However it is right next to the train tracks but if you are a heavy sleeper or don't mind wearing earplugs you will get used to it. The only true problem for me is the wifi. It is extremely slow if you are on the top floor and on bad days is about 3mbps to as low as .oo6 mbps on download speed not to mention triple digit pings, making it so slow that it will seem to cut out often, which have ruined a few online tests for me. At least that is how it was, it ha Review from Google
Sep 2017: Internet is so frustrating BUT it's worth it because of it's extremely short distance from campus and they actually care about their residents and there's literally nowhere else to go unless you got the friend hookup. Free food events are awesome. Clean, nice interior/exteriors. A wee bit pricey. If the wifi was strong this place would be PERFECT. Review from Google

Dec 2016: Internet is OK. Loud train noises daily but at that point it's your own fault for signing up 'cause it's obvious when you check the place out. But its worth it because of it's extremely short distance from campus and the fact that there are not even any other decent options available. They don't just take your money and forget about you. Plenty of free food events. Literally at the edge of campus, so nice. Clean, nice interior/exteriors. Near perfect. A little pricey but no regrets. Review from 12/20/16 on Google
Nov 2016: I've lived here for one semester so far and it's a great complex. The managers are nice and always available and friendly and frequently host events with free food. The rent is reasonable, especially because water, wifi and cable are covered and there's a $65 electricity allowance. There is a train that passed by about every half hour but the noise isn't as disruptive as you'd expect. The wifi is a little slow at time of night when everyone in the neighborhood is online at the same time. I've had to deal with two domestic violence situations with different neighbors in my building and there have been a lot of break-ins and robberies, but that seems to be all of Greensboro. Overall great location, walking distance to campus, the spacious rooms with private baths and walk-in closets are great and the rent is reasonable, especially if you have a Review from Google
Jun 2016: I have lived at the edge for 2 years rebecca, brittany, and all of the staff here are excellent when it comes to taking care of their residents and property! Maintinence is super quick with repairs, and the location and cost of rent make it perect for students and non students! I would definitely recommend the edge to anyone who wants a friendly and safe place to live! :))) -Eyebrows Review from Google
Mar 2016: I have lived at the Edge for a year and I have really enjoyed it. Rebecca and Brittany are great staff members: both of them are very friendly and helpful. I have not had problems with the wifi and the maintenance staff is generally pretty good about following up with any concerns in a timely manner. The only downside to living here is the noise of the train: if noise really bothers you, it can be tough to deal with. However, I adjusted to it just fine. I definitely recommend the Edge if you are looking for a great place to live near UNCG's campus! Review from Google
Feb 2016: I regret ever deciding to move here. Cheap rent does not mean anything when you're living in a small apartment with no real dining area, infested apartments with gnats, fruit flies and other random bugs in the winter and summer and management who half --- their jobs. They basically are the type to put duct tape over a broken pipe, so basically cover up the problem but not really fix it. Any issue I've had here has been on me and they try to remove responsibility from themselves. These apartments have no pest control and be sure you will deal with it so be prepared to spend much of your own money on fixing it because they're not doing anything about it. Aug 2015: Do not live here. Management doesn't care about any problems you have. They have the poorest communication system between management and the residents. Maintenance doesn't fix anything that is broken or needs repairs, so if you do live here be prepared to fix something yourself and there are A LOT of things needing repairs. Also for this place to be student housing it sure does have the absolute worst wifi connection so it's almost impossible to do anything online for classes. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from this place. Review from 8/21/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Sep 2013: This is a great apartment. Great prices... only $435 without furniture and $485 for a fully furnished apartment! Also, Greatt staff and helpful workers! They get the work orders taken care of right away and they are always calling me back asap when I call and they arent in or are with another customer. They are in the office most business hours if you have questions! They have free coffee/tea and snacks available for residents in the office! Wonderful discounts and prizes available especially if you are a good student! They have a pool, $10 parking pass for the Whole time you live here, parking for friends on Oakland Ave. Review from 09/18/13 on Apartment Ratings
