Georgia Tech offers to its students many great apartments in many great neighborhoods. Each one of these neighborhoods offers a particular living experience. Here is a list of some of the neighborhoods that are close to Georgia Tech, and can provide a rich and full college experience.

Home Park: Located north of the campus, Home Park is located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. This neighborhood offers walkable residential streets, its residential district is bordered by Northside Drive, Techwood Drive, 10th Street, and 16th Street. Most of the shops and restaurants are located along Howell Mill Road. Some of the popular places among students is Antico (1093 Hemphill Ave. NW), Sublime Donuts (535 10th Street NW), Firehouse Subs (537 10th Street NW). Apartments communities in Home Park are: 100 Midtown, The Flats, M Street, WestMar Students Lofts, and Tenside.

Downtown Atlanta: Due to its proximity to the campus, many students make Downtown Atlanta their home. Residents can easily walk to campus, or to the bus stop at North Avenue Apartments. Walking and biking are strong benefits to living in this area, and a MARTA stop is always around the corner.
