Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: Living here has been a very pleasant experience. The apartment units are clean and have a nice modern touch, and the amenities are great too. The staff is also incredibly friendly, and have gone out of their way on multiple occasions to help me with issues and make me feel welcome. The location is great too, as there are many restaurants nearby. Review from Google
Aug 2019: Updated review: Assistant manager (Kelley) is amazing. Actual manager is absolutely awful to work with. We wanted to transfer apartments within the same company umbrella, but manager wouldn’t allow it. not renewing our lease and looking forward to not having to deal with Perennial Properties again. Initial review: Love living here! Changed management and the new team is attentive and making great improvements around the property. If something is broken or goes down they communicate and get it fixed quickly! We don't ever hear our neighbors and the pool and dog park downstairs are always kept up. There's always spots to park, just not always on your floor (not the end of the world). Review from Google
Jul 2019: I'm leaving a detailed review because they helped me when I was apartment hunting! Anyways... (First posted August 2017 / Edited July 2019) PROS: - Rooftop - We've utilized it maybe twice but honestly just knowing I can go up there and look at the beautiful view is good enough for me. The pool is big and the hang out club thing is also awesome for entertaining. -Apartment - The apartment is stunning and has a wow-factor upon entering. The finishes are well thought out. Garbage disposal AND dishwasher AND balcony AND washer/dryer in walk-in closet (may vary by apartment). Also, the water pressure is (was) amazing on the first floor, WAY less on the third floor. The only negative is the lights above my kitchen island are misaligned. This place was built by people who needed to get the job done and cared less about the quality in which it was completed. - Trash Valet - This gets it own section that's how much I love it Review from Google
Jul 2019: 07/22 UPDATE: The clientele of this property has gone WAY down since last writing this review. I don't know if more competition in the area has put pressure on the property to ensure they fill units, but it feels much like quantity over quality now. I have complained on 3 separate occasions about my neighbor who keeps me up all night and nothing has changed. The tenants have no regards for other tenants or the property for that matter. The crowd that this place has attracted over the last few months is disappointing. There is absolutely no security present anymore. The place is over crowded with tons of people who don't even live there. The grounds smell like urine and don't appear to keep picked up. Not sure what has changed, but I will not be renewing my lease. When moving to Atlanta I relied very heavily on the reviews of others so I wanted to share my feedback for potential future tenants Review from Google
Jul 2019: I moved in to The Brady February 2018. Per my previous review I had nothing but great things to say about my experiences until the last two months. There is a new tenant above me who keeps me up 24/7. He/she also smokes constantly and the fumes come in from my dryer vent therefore making my clothes smell. Previous management did a great job of ensuring it was a 100% smoke free community. Even after bringing this up to management I have not seen one reminder go out. The neighbor has not gotten any quieter and they certainly have not stopped smoking. To add to this, the night crowd that the pool draws in is awful. I don't know if The Brady is more concerned about occupancy with all the new builds and competition going up, but you can certainly tell a difference in the security levels and the people from only 1.5 year ago. I would not of said this then, but I do believe there are better options in the area. Review from Google

Jun 2019: this place is an absolute DUMP! Run for the hills! I have lived here three years and there have been over three management teams, each one coming in with empty promises. I will not be renewing my lease. Vomit in the garage for months without being cleaned up. Spilled food, urine, etc. Review from Google

Mar 2019: Great location and amenities. BUT if you plan on having any guests you are pretty much out of luck. The apartment complex will say there’s options (park on the street, get a guest pass, or a pay for parking) when in actuality 1. the street you’re supposed to park on is under construction so no street parking. 2. You can only get the guest pass when the leasing office is open, meaning after 6 you can’t get a pass. 3. Paid parking is by the hour so, with that being the only option, GUESTS HAVE TO PAY FOR PARKING. Review from Google
Feb 2019: The apartments are pretty standard quality/price for those around Tech's campus and in West Midtown, pretty good price for the amount of space and the condition inside the apartment. However, the fitness center was big selling point for me and 2/3 treadmills have been broken for 6+ weeks now. Those of us who go to the gym in the morning have discussed that we complain constantly but there seems to just be the "we're working on it!" answer.... Fortunately I have never had any serious maintenance complaints within my apartment but if this is the attitude they take towards upkeep of the property I can't imagine what it would be like if you're washing machine broke....
Feb 2019: Beautiful location in West Midtown- close to GA Tech and some of the best restaurants in the city! It's pretty modern and clean in style and the rooftop pool is a cool selling point. However, the positives really end there. - It's cheaply built. Appliances are nice, but they just do the bare minimum- not as modern as you would think based on the style of the place. Floors are cheap and peel up easily. The tub/shower is incredibly difficult to clean because the caulking job was poorly handled, so water and dirt get trapped under and you end up with black caulking instead of a fresh white color. The elevators are also the slowest ones I've ever used in my life. - Packages get lost all the time. We were forced to pay $35 for Parcel Pending to pick up packages securely 24/7. The catch is that UPS/FedEx/USPS can only deliver during business hours because of the office so sometimes your packages are stuck riding around ATL in a truck until they manage to get there before 5pm Review from Google
Feb 2019: Went to dinner with my kids at Public house 404, parked at the Brady to enjoy dinner. Since we didn't have cash with us, decided against valet parking and followed signs to self parking.... came back from dinner to find two boots on our car. This is a scam!!! No signage!!! Three separate cars experienced the same thing. Avoid this place at all costs!!! Advanced Booting Company is on the take too. Stay away
Jan 2019: I use to love living at the Brady before new policies went into effect. First, the new Luxor packaging system. It is a room with everyone's packages. To gain entry into the room you enter a code provided by the system and a photograph is taken upon entry. Yes, this may sound sophisticated and dandy however the room is unorganized and not once but TWICE my package has been mislabeled. If it is after business hours there is not any staff on site to help find the package. Despite the photo being taken, any one could grab someone else's package from the room. Second, they have eliminated all guest parking from the parking garage without sending notice to the tenets. Now guests must pay $9/12 hours to park. Street parking around the building used to be free but now it is also metered. Staff in the office are nice but unable to really help due to ne Review from Google
Jan 2019: Perfect Place to stay! 1. Snacks downstairs everyday 2. great location 3. extremely responsive staff 4. emails about what's going on in the area 5. great roof top pool 6. clean 7. quiet 8. they pick up your trash for you! Review from Google
Nov 2018: Interior: It’s pretty comparable to most other apartment layouts in the city; nothing about it is really unique. The light fixtures in the apartment weren’t thought out though: no light in the laundry area so you have to turn on all of the kitchen lights to see what you’re doing in the dark closet; the small dome light in the bedroom is so faint, you have to buy an extra light just to see in the bedroom. There is a light outside of your utility closet that helps no one but maintenance. The fridge is so close to the wall, you bang the handle on the wall whenever you open it. I’m waiting for the day my husband puts a dent in the wall just by opening the fridge. Safety: I feel safe in my apartment. You have to sorta jump through hoops to get to my door which is annoying for visitors, but idc because it makes it hard for those who should Review from Google
Oct 2018: Poor Management. They lie. Expect hidden fees, poor security, & constant noise. Trust me there are places w/in a couple blocks that are cheaper and offer the same amenities. Save yourself the money & hassle. Review from Google
Jun 2018: When moving to Atlanta I relied very heavily on the reviews of others so I wanted to share my feedback for potential future tenants. I have been living at the Brady for 4 months now and I literally don't have one complaint. The front office is kind, helpful, and always easily reachable. They seem to truly care about their tenants and communicate with you very well. (Trent specifically, he has been amazing from day 1) They made the move in process SO easy and convenient. The pool is outstanding. Parking is secure and reliable. Have never had issues with not having a spot. Everything in the unit works properly - I had one small issue with my washer but they came and looked at it within 2 hours of me submitting the work order and have touched base with me twice since then. I don't seem to hear my neighbors on either side of me. From now and then Review from Google
May 2018: So far so good.... Even though we haven't moved in yet. Front office staff were a delight. Very friendly and fun to talk to. Apartment--- The only issue that we can see being a slight concern is the layout of the bedroom. Kinda small and awkward but, we chose it anyway due to how close it was to the dog area. Being on ground level looking at the dog play area, you would think the patios would have Gates on them so you wouldn't have to walk all the way around to let them go play. 😕 Overall, the apartment itself is nice and the closests are huge!!! We are moving in today so, will update this in a couple of weeks. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I'm leaving a detailed review because they helped me when I was apartment hunting! Anyways... (First posted August 2017 / Edited April 2018) PROS: - Parking - I always feel safe in the parking garage and never have trouble finding a spot. If you park in the residential area you will never be booted. If you live on B, 1 or 2 you will need to park on level 3 or above and take the elevator down. Honestly, it's a non-issue and you get used to it pretty quick. - Rooftop - We've utilized it maybe twice but honestly just knowing I can go up there and look at the beautiful view is good enough for me. The pool is big and the hang out club thing is also awesome for entertaining. -Apartment - The apartment is stunning and has a wow-factor upon entering. The finishes are well thought out. Mar 2018: absolutely loved living here. amazing location, great building & amenities and great staff. guest parking was always a pain but other than that would highly recommend! Review from Google
Feb 2018: Such a shame that a place like this with such potential could be such a disappointment. The rooms are overpriced by atleast 250 a month. Small hot water tanks can't adjust the heat! Nooo guest parking, have had a guest park on the street and get his windows smashed. This happened multiple times. The fitness center is a complete joke! Last but not least they will try and scam you in to paying a full extra month rent if you don't let them know you are moving out on exactly 60 days before. Review from Google
Jan 2018: Great place! Warm and friendly staff, beautiful amenities and in the best neighborhood ITP! Review from Google
Dec 2017: After doing a search of apartments in West Midtown, Midtown and Cumberland area I decided on The Brady and moved in approx 5 months ago. Overall I have enjoyed my time here and would do it all over again. Seth (no longer there) helped me out and did a great job. The others in the office have always been friendly. Below are the highlights and room for improvements: PRO: Apartment - My actual living space is pretty neat. I like the counter tops, light fixtures, floors and the light entering through my southside facing balcony. Maintenance - In my time here I've put in 2 requests. 1 for an air filter and the second for drainage and a filter. In my most recent request it was handled the SAME day. Impressive. Pool - This speaks for itself. Look at the pictures. The pool can be over policed at times when it's not busy but I understand the "rules". Review from Google
