The main area is furnished, very spacious (total of 1, sqft), and the unit includes a washer/dryer and controllable AC. The whole complex is 🐕 pet friendly (with an additional fee).
It is within 🚶 walking distance to the North Ave. MARTA Station and also has a parking garage. (A block away from the GT hotel parking deck if all spots are full as well).
Lastly, we are looking to fill at least 4 out of the 5 rooms so feel free to share with a friend or two. I will be happy to answer any more questions upon request.
