Hi, Loading...

Oct 2019: The walls here are paper thin and noise will travel into your apartment if your neighbors are not considerate. The office will feed you the line that they will assist with any noise complaints but they will not. There is a 3 strikes and your out rule which is also not followed up on. The compliance officer will either not show up or will not record the complaint. For instance our extremely loud neighbor's above us are constantly stomping or running and droping heavy objects at all hours. They have woken us up multiple times on multiple nights for almost a year. The office is fully aware of this and our complaints however is unwilling to assist. Upper management has blatantly ignored our emails and requests to find solutions. If you would like a place you can relax and enjoy a good night's rest I would recommend a top level apartment here or an apartment complex with more integrity. The office employees and the management company should be embarrassed by the behavior they allow here Review from Google
Aug 2019: I've been living at the Row for just shy of two years now. Location is great, pool and gym are awesome! I've just recently had a few individual issues and the property manager Marilyn reached out to me to do everything in her power to fix things. She is awesome and so kind and warm, makes the complex feel home-y. I feel confident that she has her resident's best interests at heart. She is the best and I have high hopes for the future with her here! As far as everything else goes, this is a pretty swell place to be! The grounds and hallways are kept up, noise levels are low for the most part, I personally don't have frequent bug issues; however, I'm on the second floor. The gym is brand new and kept in great condition. The pool was also recently renovated and it's beautiful! They are however starting to charge $25/month to park, which is absurd. We already pay so many added fees for amenities on top of our rent, just seems uncouth and tasteless, especially considering the amount of empty/available parking and it's always been the first two years Review from Google
Aug 2019: Third lease at the Row - the change in staff and the new pool / gym has really changed the place for the better. I love the location and how homey it is. Hunter rocks as well :) Review from Google
Jul 2019: I've been living at the Row for almost two years now and hadn't had any issues until the last seven months. My A/C was out for 4 weeks in 90+ degree weather. I called repeatedly, left emails, stopped by the office asking when it was going to be fixed, as it's an "emergency maintenance issue" (defined by management). My email were NEVER returned. Every time I called or stopped by the office, I was told they would check on it and get back to me, but never called me. It was finally fixed, but with no compensation to my end, despite it being over 90 degrees for the four weeks my A/C was out and it being written into my lease agreement that I was guaranteed A/C in 90 degree weather and during summer months. Then I was having an issue with the online portal AGAIN (it's constantly going down and all the sudden you're unable to pay online, so better hope you're not out of town). I emailed constantly for a month to try and resolve the issues, only for them to give me the run around for a month and a half and not reply to any emails for two weeks, just to finally email me (while I was out of town) telling me rent was late, eviction would be filed in two days Review from Google

Jul 2019: Marilyn is wonderful. If only they could get the cockroaches under control, this would be a 5 star complex! Review from Google

May 2019: Great location next to Midtown. I love the pool and new firepit area. It is also pet friendly with 2 bark parks and a doggy spa/bathing area. Much more enjoyable to live in after the fire alarm was fixed and construction and painting was finished. You won't find better apartments at this price in midtown/Buckhead. Review from Google

May 2019: I moved into this place before the new ownership and it was...problematic. Now it is absolutely wonderful. Great staff, lovely pool, perfect facilities, amazing location, and my goodness the staff is remarkably helpful and friendly. Life at the Row is a very good life indeed. Review from Google
Mar 2019: These apartments were previously called Bryson Square at City Park, in case you're considering moving and looking for more reviews. I moved in during July 2016, and my experience has been very positive. The complex is pretty new (build around 2005 I think) and well maintained. The new management (RAM) did a lot of renovation in the last 1.5 years and the pool, resident lounge, package center, dog wash, and gym areas are all very nice. I have had essentially no problems with the apartment. My air conditioner went out in Sept 2017, and it was fixed in 2 days. I once had a small issue with my bathroom sink, but it was also fixed quickly. The location isn't the heart of midtown, but it's very close to everything. don't live here if you dream of walking out your front door to restaurants and coffee shops. You can walk to a few places, but most of it is .5-1 mile away. The trade off for being slightly further off the beaten path is plenty of parking, low noise, and connection to the beautiful buckhead section of the beltline trail--which was just recently expanded! The complex as a whole is a good place for dog owners in metro Atlanta Review from Google
Feb 2019: Central location between Midtown's Art District and Buckhead shopping. In all directions nothing is far away. Ample parking, nice landscaping, pool, tennis and hiking trails; for this park like setting in the middle of the city you cannot beat the price even though some of the appliances should be replaced. During our residence for the last year my husband and I have found the staff welcoming and competent. Review from Google
Jan 2019: I have lived on this property since 2005 and just renewed for another year. In the leasing office, Marilyn and Magnolia have been a joy to work with! Super nice and very thorough! The location is fantastic and I continue to appreciate the growth and improvements! Review from Google
Jan 2019: I love living here. Location and amenities are perfect! The staff is helpful and fun. Review from Google
Jan 2019: Great place to live. Awesome amenities and great staff. Lauren was of great assistance when showing me around the Row at 26th. Great community of people that are caring and nice. My experience for the past 10 months have been awesome. Looking forward to renewing the lease. Review from Google
Oct 2018: Great location, beautiful complex. BUT THERE ARE SO MANY ROACHES. I’m on the 4th floor and I’ve never had to kill so many roaches in my life. I honestly would not recommend this place if you are even the slightest bit disgusted with bugs... We’ve had the exterminator come in, we’ve bought several different kinds of traps and sprays... but guess what, they come out of the vents or out of the pipes or out of the freakin walls for all I know. You can read the rest of the reviews I bet half of them mention it.But whatever the case may be I unfortunately will not be renewing my lease...I pay way too much on rent to deal with living like this. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I really enjoy living here, so much so that I have moved here twice (had to temp relo, hence my leaving the first time). The Row is at the end of a very nice street and it is a very quiet place to live. Everyone in the leasing office and on the maintenance staff is not only great at what they do, but they're all very nice, as well. They have done a ton to maintain the physical plant, they have painted all the buildings, renovated the business center, gym and leasing office and a total re do of the pool and grilling area is almost complete. The location is basically ten minutes to Buckhead, Midtown and Piedmont Park--super convenient. If you own a dog, there is a great little dog park down a tree lined path that leads to the street and Ardmore Park. All of the residents I come in contact with have been really nice, quiet like minded peopl Review from Google
Jul 2018: Great place to live and close to everything in downtown! I have to change the rating! The roaches are getting worse! I’m on the 4th floor and 2 huge roaches were on the door frame to enter the parking deck. Then huge roaches in my patio. And now a huge roach in my apt. I have submitted numerous pest control request and they left an “insect monitor trap”. There is a live roach right now that I was told to sweep outside my apt. It seems that their exterminator is not doing a good job. I’m horrified and disappointed. I was hoping for a response from management after leaving a message and maintenance request but nothing has been done. My lease will be renewing this July and I will have to decline. I love living here but the roaches are a no. Review from Google
Jul 2018: ***EMERGENCY ALARMS go off IN THE BUILDING IN THE middle of the night SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK - STAYS ON FOR HOURS*** I’m not one to write reviews or be overly dramatic, but as I sit awake in my living room at 2:49 am AGAIN (don’t know how many times this is in the month now) I can’t help but be furious. Rent is TOO MUCH here to deal with this. Among other things but honestly, this is the craziest of them all. Do not move here if you have small children, a job, responsibilities, etc. because you will be awoken several times in the middle of the night by ear piercing alarms and OH they will not turn them off the HOURS. Review from Google
Jun 2018: I loved it but it was just too expensive. On the other hand, the rent is great compared to surrounding apartments Review from Google
Apr 2018: I would 100% not recommend living here. In my time at The Row at 26th (18 months), we had countless things happen to make our living situation horrible (I will say though it was a great place to live prior to RAM Management taking over). 1. Our apartment was robbed and the security guard watched them steal my car- doing did nothing to stop it 2. My roommates boyfriend had his car window was smashed in (along with 20+ other cars) 3. Our A/C was CONSTANTLY broken 4. We were threatened eviction 2 times (unnecessarily I might add due to noise complaints when we weren’t even home one of the weekends. The other was due to some accounting confusion with our rent which was out of our control.) 5. There are cockroaches EVERYWHERE (inside and out) 6. The property manager and assistant property manager are nothing but bullies 7. Even after we moved out Review from Google
Apr 2018: I have not lived at the Row, but I have dealt with the leasing office. I first scheduled an appointment with them for Easter Sunday, reminding them it was easter sunday and asking if they were open. They set the appointment. We showed up and no one was there to show us around. Next, we came back later in the week and viewed an apartment. They failed to provide us with correct information on how to secure the apartment that when we returned within 24 hours with our application and money order they had given the apartment to someone else. Mind you, they had been emailing us throughout the day. Furthermore, they seemed to be confused about the process of applying with a guarantor. We understood that a guarantor needs to make 5x the rent, however, they required both guarantor's to each make 5x the rent. Which is not the case, two guarantor's com Review from Google
Mar 2018: Lived here for 2 years and generally had a positive experience. Positives: secluded but in the city, plenty of parking, next to a portion of the beltline. However, we just moved out of our apartment and did so 2 weeks early because we were explicitly told by multiple members of the management team that our last month would be pro-rated if we moved out early. So we did. And now they're charging us for the full month even though we hurriedly moved out early to get back half the month's rent. My bf talked to the assistant property manager Dontre who was rude to him. When I called, someone gave me the same BS line about how the intent to vacate paperwork would not get us out of paying the full month's rent which didn't even answer my question. Nobody could seem to tell us why MULTIPLE people gave us false information. Or was it just a ploy to fals Review from Google
Feb 2018: Great experience my first year here, I'm an Atlanta native and have lived in apts. across the metro area. Quiet neighbors, affordable homes, secluded community that is right off Peachtree Street between Buckhead and Midtown. Surprised more people haven't discovered this gem. Review from Google
Feb 2018: I live in this complex. It is a nice property with professional staff in a decent location. There is one problem here though. Yes, the internet! The property is in a contract with a horrible ISP called Broadstar. It means you HAVE TO buy their internet. It's overpriced for a horrible, frustrating service! Review from Google
Jan 2018: If I had to describe this place in one word “ heaven “ . With all the lush green grass , ravishing swimming pool, oozing grills and a and a top knoch management , its hard to go anywhere else . Special shout out to the assistant property manager Dontre Thompson and the lavish Property manager Kelly Lynch for working non stop to maintain the place at its highest standards . Staff is welcoming and the services provides by the “Row At 26th” is just immaculate . Review from Google
