Jun 2020: don't Move Here!!!! I have lived in this apartment community for about a year now and the longer I stayed, the more I regretted it. The security and flow of information is selective and slow. Despite leaving many messages and voicemails, I only received a returned phone call two months later. Although their policies state the restriction of aggressive breeds, they continue to allow residents to live in the community with those aggressive breeds. They also allow new residents to bring those breeds to the community. The noise level is so ridiculous that many residents are forced to call the police at all hours of the night just to get some sleep. What's worse is that the apartment manager continues to take no aggressive action, and only request that residents continue being disturbed during all hours of the night while calling the police or a courtesy office.
Nov 2019: I visited this apartment community 3 times over the course of 6 months while searching for a new place to live. Every time I visited I was treated with kindness and respect. The leasing agents were very knowledgeable (specifically Ashlyn) about the apartments regarding amenities, lease terms and pricing as well as providing accurate answers to questions. Our application was approved in less than 24 hours and they communicated to us in a very timely fashion. We feel good about our decision moving to Madison Brookhaven and are excited about joining the community. Review from Google

Oct 2019: I moved to Madison Brookhaven in August, & I’m loving my apartment so far! Stacy gave me an awesome tour & answered all of my questions. The application and move-in process went very smoothly & quick, which I appreciated because I procrastinated & didn’t have long to find the perfect place for my dog & me! My apartment is a nice size for us, & I was pleasantly surprised to get an updated unit- hardwood floors, Kevo smart lock, Nest thermostat, nice appliances... THE GOODS! :) The location is great & getting to work, events/parties in the city, or the interstate is a breeze. The complex is dog-friendly & there’s even a fenced in area for the fur babies to run around! This is my first time living all by myself, & I feel safe here. Overall, I am satisfied & feel at home at Madison Brookhaven. Review from Google

Alex, the Leasing Manager is truly a Gem! The buildings are looking more beautiful each day. The leasing and management team are friendly, patient, accommodating and go out of their way to assist in whatever capacity is asked of them. The maintenance team is excellent. Sep 2019: They say 'Great leaders don't tell you what to do they show you how it's done' clearly when the statement was made they had Alex(head of the leasing office) in mind. I have lived in Atlanta 7 years and i have NEVER been handled with the level of respect and care i have received at Madison Brookhaven!! Any small maintenance issues that i have, has been dealt with in a very timely fashion! Jay the head maintenance is exceptional! the maintenance staff is always 1. Always working 2. friendly 3.deliver quality work 4.They deliver FAST!!!! Ashlyn In the front office is amazing!!! Maintained is awful, maintenance request are very slow to be fulfilled. The office staff changes often , so don’t get comfortable with anyone. These building are old, so there is ALWAYS water leaks. Neighbors are loud and smoke marijuana all day and night! Musics is played loudly all hours of the night, so don’t expect to get any sleep. Dangerous dogs are here, though it say “no dangerous breedsâ€. Be careful where you step because dog owners do not clean up after their pets. The trash compactor is often broken and the garbage piles!! This is a field day for rodents. The gates are often broken, so don’t expect security! And the fitness center, machines do not work! Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. I wish I had followed the reviews when I was apartment searching. For the rent they charge, service should be much better. Review from Google
May 2019: Please and I do repeat Please do not move here!!!!! The Property Manager named Alex Williams is TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! She never answers her Emails, return calls back and always has her door closed every single time I come in!!!!!!! Things has not been the same since Albert left!!!!!!! I just left at the end of March 2019 ONLY because my job transferred me to an office out of state. I have seen MANY managers come & go over the years, and I actually feel the current one, Alex Williams, is the best of the bunch. She is the only manager in five years who actually answered the phone and/or took calls during the day. 99% of the time my calls were answered by the 'service', and I had to leave a message & wait (hope) someone would contact me. (ALSO, Albert is THANKFULLY gone! He came across condescending, too busy to bother with you. didn't follow through on much. Made promises, but never followed through). My apt balcony overlooked the tree area in the center of the complex - like a huge park in your backyard. The location was perfect! Mar 2019: Lived here for a year and loved it!! Good location right off the interstate, plenty of parking, large dog park, 2 nice pools with cabanas, and a gorgeous grilling area. There is also a nice wooded area in the middle of the complex perfect for walking the dog. The maintenance guys + Albert in the office were always so helpful. Nov 2018: I've lived in these apartments for about three years, and honestly have been very happy with not only the apartment and the community, but also with management. Clean and organized, great location. Albert Mathis has been on top of everything. Maintenance calls were always serviced at time.
