Been staying here all through late weeks and I have no terrible things to state up until this point.
Everything is going fine. I have extraordinary place to stay here at Montgomery. Nature is tolerable and clean. The neighbors are fun and beguiling. A charming spot to stay for the between time.
The proprietor was moreover phenomenal. He was wonderful and kind. Incredibly satisfying. He even welcomed me when I traded here. The rate was moderate for a wonderful place along these lines.
Will imply Block Lofts to anyone that needs a place to remain. Extraordinary employment. Review from Google
May 2018: We have had a wonderful time living in our apartment. It is quiet, the staff is always there for any need, maintenance requests are completed quickly, and the amenities are GREAT! The location is also incredible - privacy, dog park, and direct access to the Beltline! We hope to sign another year. I would recommend the Block Lofts to anyone! Review from Google
Oct 2017: I would rate 3.5 if I could. You can't beat the location and the amenities are great. The staff is friendly but can be a bit more proactive in certain areas. Service requests are handled immediately (on working days) and completely. Apartment sizes and layouts are great but appliances are dated and paint jobs are sloppy. As with any apt. community, mandatory Internet + cable provider (comcast) slows down during peak hours. Review from GoogleAug 2017: I researched this place online and signed a lease wout viewing. I was there for less than a year and it was great. Ken, Toni, Evan, Mar and Ronell were always there for me and my dog! Super dog friendly and my dog loved all the staff and the treats 😠Such good people and honestly it's what you make of it. I was grateful for quick responses to any maintenance issues. Waterbugs were the most of roaches or rodents I saw (I was on the first floor) and an exterminator was called right over--And I am a very clean person so was happy this didn't become an issue. Aug 2017: Love it. Best beltline apt complex for the price. Affordable. Only down side is crazy dog park. You have to walk through it to access her beltline and no one uses leashes. I was blown away at what a great location it was in! As a mom I am very concerned with location and safety, especially with being downtown. The staff was super nice and helpful and really put me at ease which is something I have not found at any of the other in town properties we toured. My daughter loved the access to the Beltline and Ponce City Market and the fact that she could get to school so easily. The price was right on par for the area so the staff and location made all the difference for my daughter and myself. I highly recommend this property and look forward to moving my kiddo in! Jun 2017: The location is great, the belt line, Bantam pub, ponce market, krog market are all within walking distance. The property is nice and well maintained. The staff are pleasant and work hard to keep everyone happy. My only complaints would be the drunks coming out of venkmans and bantam can be loud late at night, usually only on Friday and saturdays. And for the money the inside of the apartment is cheap and needs to be redone.

May 2017: This apartment community is a fabulous location on the Atlanta Beltline. If you have a dog, you WANT to live here. The dog park is fantastic. My dog is so so so happy. Please be aware, the apartments themselves are nice, not luxe, but nice. If you're looking for luxe, you will have to pay $300-500 more and up per month. For the location, you cannot beat the value, but lower your expectations of the appliances, countertops, cleanliness at move-in, courtesy and knowledge of the leasing staff, etc. etc. etc.

It is older than surrounding properties and lucked into this location, because Maintence is horrid at this location. I have never witness a completely secure property during my residence because a minimum of two doors or gates were broken at any given time. On the other hand, the staff is actually quite friendly and have become more helpful over time. The building manager when I moved in was a straight up jerk. The management company recognized the problem and made multiple staff changes for the better.

This apartments building meet reasonable cost for highly expected belt line living, with all the necessary amenities and accommodations. Management are willing to understand unexpected change, and willing to work gently with their customers. This apartments have so many places to just sit, have conversation and just relax, adjunct to parks, schools , colleges medical hospitals and medical centers! just plain fun, a community within a community, you really don't have to leave for entertainment!

FROM WHAT I asked and why have I just been notified considering my telephone number has been the same since 2007. I spoke with, "Samara" who provided me with ... nothing. Besides I can send you a ledger.... no how about you tell me what type of business you're running. It's all bogus. Beware Review from GoogleMar 2017: The location is phenomenal. The amenities are okay, except for the large dog park that is fenced in and attached. The dog park is awesome. I would say that maintenance does not respond properly to requests and often marks service requests as completed when they are not. Additionally, when we moved in, our apartment was not cleaned prior. We are still dealing with excessive leftover paint dust.

I get to enjoy the perks of the city within walking distance of my home. Any issue that I have had with my unit was fixed timely and professionally and the office staff is most attentive.
Review from 4/17/15 on Apartment RatingsApr 2015: I recently accidentally removed the piping from my dryer and placed a service call for it to be fixed. After the small issue was resolved, I briefly spoke to present handy man (dan?) about some mold that had gotten into my bathroom over the past three years living here. He informed me it was no problem and he would return the next day to take care of it.
I returned home the next day to what looked like a brand new bath!!! The workers here are awesome and I really appreciate him going out of his way to fix this.

Reading reviews, going on social media and asking people, etc. The Block Lofts reviews were so-so when I read them - mostly complaints about management from a year or two ago. Some car break-ins and noisey pool parties several years ago. I decided to at least check out the apartments in person, because the location is great, and I had some friends who had visited places here and liked the layout. There is also a new management group, Carter-Haston, that just started a few months ago.

Property is great; adjacent recreational park as well as a dog park. The trail/beltline allows that connects in the back allows for easy access to the bars and restaurants in Little 5 Points, Highland Ave, and Ponce de Leon (no more than 20 minute walk). Her disposition is always pleasant and accommodating. She never makes excuses, she always strives to make the situation better. On numerous occasions, when there are challenges, she gets them done expeditiously! I will forgo working with anyone if she is not available, she has never fallen short of my expectations.
