The Lofts is less than a minute away from Publix, Wawa, Youfit, Chilis, Cheddars, Youfit, RaceTrac. It is minutes away from Waterford: Starbucks, Target, Panera, Bed Bath/Body Works, etc. It is less than minutes away from school with a 💛 UCF🚌 shuttle! If you go to Starbucks, there is one on Colonial that I found out that is less busy and serves less ice lol and overall I have a good experience there that is nearby. This is a 2x1. When I first moved in, my roommate was friendly and made lots of room for me. She is very tidy, respectful about noise, and very considerate! She ❤️loves cooking and baking, and actually made me her snicker doodle pumpkin spice cookies yesterday! I am also leaving my bathroom floating shelves because once you stick them one, they won&#;t come off! They are extremely convenient and pleasing to the eye. My room has the view of the lake, close to the 🏊 pool, and clubhouse! It is a perfect distance regarding I am a close 🚶 walk, but not too close where it is too easily accessible. My room comes with furniture like a desk and dresser! I brought in my big shelf I got from Amazon! The kitchen, bathroom, and living space is for 2 people. I am on the first floor. I study a lot and I was concerned before moving in, but it has not been an issue and it has been very quiet. I sleep and study well. I am moving out because I am graduating this semester.
