I am currently looking for someone (👩 female only) to sublease my apartment at Plaza on University from the middle of June up until the lease ends on July st. I have a 4 Bed - 4 Bath A furnished floor plan (that is on the fifth floor which is great for not having neighbor noise issues). Once you sublease it the apartment unit is completely yours, meaning my lease that I have for $ will be what you pay, not the current rate. Access to all the amenities including 🏊 pool and gym which are both wonderful and extremely spacious. The current 3 other roommates that live there are 3 very nice, quiet and 🎇clean👩 female💛 UCF students. Private message me if you are interested and want more details!
