Three 👩 girls live in the apartment, looking for a 👩 girl. There is a 🚌 shuttle that will transport you from the apartment to 💛 UCF and it&#;s also close enough to 🚶 walk as well. This apartment is within 🚶 walking distance of the mail center, clubhouse, gym, and 🏊 pool. The complex has many amenities including 3 basketball courts, 3 🏊 pools, 3 tennis courts, 2 gyms, and many more. You can view a full list of the amenities on liveatknightscircle.com. My roommates are all very nice, friendly, respectful, and 🎇clean. I have never had any noise problems with my neighbors in the building or with any of my roommates, I can study at home at any ⌚time with no problem. The room is fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, and nightstand. The unit also comes with a dishwasher and a full sized washer and dryer. Another unique aspect about Knights Circle is the balcony included with the unit. Most other off campus housing does not include a balcony and I definitely think it is a great feature. Most utilities are included with this price including 🌊 water, sewer, trash, and internet. 💡electricity is included up to $ per person, and I&#;ve never gone above that or had to pay an extra fee for 💡electricity. There is also a valet trash service that is extremely convenient in which you leave the trash outside, and it will be picked up every weekday. Knights Circle also has great /7 security and I feel very safe living here. They also do fun events, like 🍕 food trucks, arts n&#; crafts, and giveaways.
