The unit comes with a full kitchen and living room space as well as a laundry room. The room advertised has plenty of room and comes with a shared bathroom. The community has a gym and a 🏊 pool as well as a community computer space and visitor or rented parking. The utility bill is paid for by the landlord unless the bill goes over a certain level which usually never happens on the rare occasion it does it’s usually less than bucks. There are two 👨 maleroommates currently both tend to keep to themselves but are nice on the rare occasion you speak with them. A third roommate will likely arrive some⌚time in mid-august. The current roommates do smoke rather often. There are no pets in the unit. A 👨 male tenant would work 🏆best for the unit. If there are any questions about the unit or anything just contact me.
