The apartment is a 4 bed, 2.5 bath, with a fully equipped kitchen, is fully furnished, and has a full size washer and dryer in the apartment. This apartment complex is not student housing. Anyone can live here and certain 🐕 pets are allowed (with an initial $ fee and a $/month; unless your 🐕 pet is ESA then all 🐕 pet fees are waived). The complex has a computer lab, basketball and volleyball court, 2 🏊 pools and a gym. Let me know if you, or a friend, are interested!!! This apartment is made off 4 👩 females so, my roommates would prefer that a 👩 female moves in. Everyone gets along and stays in there own space most of the ⌚time.
