I&#;m subleasing my apartment at Campus Crossings. Rent is $ including utilities. The lease will run from January until July st . The apartment comes fully furnished however if you don&#;t need the furniture you could take it off the lease and it will make the rent about $ cheaper. It is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom apartment but i only have one roommate who is super sweet and super 🎇clean. She mostly keeps to herself but she is awesome! This also means if you want to move in with your friends there are two other rooms open in this apartment. The room you would be getting is bedroom a which is downstairs and has the bathroom right next to it. The room itself is super spacious and has a large closet that has mirrored doors (which is super convenient when getting dressed). There are also two 💛 UCF🚍 shuttles that come directly to the complex to come pick you up. The Lynx 🚍 bus line also has a stop right outside the complex, so its easy to get around. The complex also has a security guard at the entrance and is in the process of gating the community so its super safe. The complex is also 🐕 pet friendly and there is a dog park on the grounds as well. There is also two resort style 🏊 pools, two fitness centers, a study center with printing, a basketball court, and a beach style volleyball court.
