Oct 2019: I have been living at Stone Creek for the last 3 years. Great management, maintenance is on point and quick with service request. They host a couple of events a year which is nice . The gym is all new so no need to pay for a gym membership. Highly recommended community. Review from Google

Sep 2019: We have been living at Stone Creek for over three years now and have enjoyed it immensely! The location, price, and friendly staff are what make this place enjoyable. Sylvia and the team are great and make it a great place to stay. They've improved the mail delivery system and just recently installed Google Fiber for those interested. poor maintenance, interiors are out dated and NEXT TO A POLLUTED CREEK, THERE WERE BUGS EVERYWHERE. its convenient that its close to i85, which is super annoying that living next to highway.
VERY INCONVENIENT, if you going back home from south, you will need to take i85N to take exit 91 and U turn back to the apartments. THE APARTMENT IS OLD, YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS FOOTSTEP IF YOU LIVE IN FIRST OR SECOND FLOOR. OVERALL, not recommendED. Review from Google

Stephanie (front desk) has been super helpful throughout the move in process. Maintenance is very quick. The apartments are updated, clean, and quiet. I’ll update this review in 6 months, but for now I have no complaints! I would highly recommend this place! My apartment overlooks the woods. It’s very quiet. Lizzie helped make the transition into our apartment a smooth one. She is very sweet; as well as Semika and Stephanie too. The pool area is amazing!! They are remodeling the office area making the gym bigger. I don’t think I’ll be here for the end result but I’m sure it will be amazing. I really wish I could live in these apartments longer but it’s a bit on the expensive side for me since I’m downsizing and won’t have a roommate anymore. I will definitely miss Stonecreek. My family member moved in under the impression that it had good management based on the reviews, but after this experience, we have a different opinion of this community. First, I would like to say they moved him into an apartment three weeks ago with BLACK MOLD. We started to smell it after a few days in the apartment and now we have test results showing that it is, in fact, toxic mold. My son was staying with him and is allergic to mold. My son began experiencing symptoms right after moving into the apartment. The community is now refusing to provide any results of the mold test they pretended to do because they know they are hiding something. I’m just in shock that companies believe they can get away with this kind of thing when a child is involved. Feb 2019: I have lived here for almost 3 years, always felt secure until I came home today from a weekend getaway and my Chevrolet Tahoe was sitting on concrete blocks ... Someone came here between Saturday and Sunday morning and stole my nice rims and tires and Shameka told us the "security cameras" were for looks, they didn't actually do anything .. We will be moving as soon as we possibly can... Oh and they go up on rent $90 a year!
Jan 2019: I have lived at StoneCreek for nearly a year and a half and have loved it! Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful and the maintenance team is just as friendly and helpful. Nov 2018: I just recently moved to Stone Creek a few weeks ago and already love it here. It’s quiet and clean. Maintenance is prompt with any issues you may have. Leasing is awesome too. The property is peaceful with nice amenities, and the apartment layout feels more like a home than a regular apartment. The staff is very responsive, and maintenance is fast and quiet. On occasion parking can be a bit scarce, particularly if you have guests, but is otherwise manageable. The pool area has had recent upgrades and is a great time during the warmer months. There is a small dog park and even some walking trails on the property.

Oct 2018: I've been moving from place to place in the area for the last 5 years and Stone Creek is hands down the best! Very comfortable, updated apartments that have been kept in great quality at a very reasonable price for the area. The whole staff here has been great, too. They have events that welcome all residents that go on through out the whole year. These events include pool parties, super bowl, halloween party, breakfast on the go, Christmas and many more. I think this is an amazing add on to the complex.
The community has a cozy vibe and will make you always feel welcomed.
