Hi, Loading...

May 2018: Lived here for 2 years and loved it. Great community with friendly and attentive staff. Great layouts with spacious apartments. I lived in a 2 BR/2BA. I never experienced any problems while living here for my 2 years. Maintenance was fast to fix issues. The grounds are always well kept and the pool/grill area is perfect. The only con I could think of would be parking...sometimes parking close to your apartment can be difficult if you get back too late. Review from Google
Apr 2018: Just moved in but I have absolutely zero complaints! Compared to other apartments I have lived in, I LOVE the cleanliness of this entire apartment complex (you wouldn’t even be able to tell that it is dog friendly) The gym and the trail are a huge plus for me. Definitely would recommend to others! Review from Google
Apr 2018: Great apartment compared to most. It's a pretty big thing when the main downside to an apartment is that it is on a one way access road. Only other downside is parking can be rough late at night. Had our AC go out late on a weekend and it was fixed within 12 hours. The grounds are very nice, and the trails are pretty well maintained. I'm still not used to living in an apartment that doesn't have a few major issues. Hoping I can stay here a couple years. /edit 16APR2018 - USPS situation has gotten much better! Review from Google
Mar 2018: Whenever you research apartments to live in it's always hard to know before hand if it's actually going to be what you're hoping for. After living at Stone Creek for over 6 months it's been nothing but perfect. Great atmosphere, living space, staff and it's only a short drive to Buckhead, Midtown and the Highlands. This has been the best apartment I've lived in so far and I'd recommend Stone Creek to anyone. Review from Google
Mar 2018: I've been living at Stone Creek at Brookhaven for the past 7 months. Stone Creek at Brookhaven has been the best place I've ever lived in! Stone Creek's apartments offer you the most spacious amenities Atlanta has to offer! The community and people that live here are amazing. The leasing office and maintenance team are on top of their game. The rent is cheap compared to what you pay. Plus you're right down the road from every major hot spot that Atlanta, Brookhaven & Buckhead has to offer. This place is the best kept secret in Atlanta! Review from Google
Mar 2018: Really great place! Spacious floor plans, quiet community, clean, and nice amenities. Also a very great location with easy access to everything in the area. The staff is also very nice and available for anything you need. Review from Google
Feb 2018: If someone were to ask me to 'SparkNotes' this apartment complex, I'd respond: Clean, friendly, tranquil. If you asked for a '1000 word essay due by 11:59pm' response, well you're in luck too. For the last 3 years, I've lived here with absolutely no problem. The place is well maintained and always clean. It is not uncommon to see someone walking the grounds everyday looking for trash. The trash compactor is also well maintained. Back when I was in school, the trash compactor being full for long periods of time was such a huge hassle that gave me nightmares. Overall this place is pretty darn clean. The people here are also very friendly and a it's a huge plus being pet-friendly. Expect to see people walking their dogs around the complex during the cool hours of the evening. I've personally never had any problems with maintenance or the front Review from Google
Dec 2017: I really have enjoyed my almost 3 months at Stone Creek! The complex is very clean and well maintained!! The location is also great! Very close to everything in the city with a reasonable price!! Review from Google

Oct 2017: This is a nice neighborhood with a natural trail inside! The leasing office people are awesome too! I would definitely recommend anybody to live here! Review from Google
Oct 2017: I love the community! Close to 85; 285; 400. Great location. Staff at the Office are so friendly and you get to know them everytime they do residents activities, which is every other month. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I've lived here for 5 years. It's a pretty good apartment complex. I've enjoyed it for the most part. Parking can be a pain late at night. Location is great in my opinion. Easy access to 85. Probably moving out when lease is up though. I would definitely recommend Stone Creek though. Review from Google
Apr 2017: The units are very nice. They are carpeted, spacious, and well-ventilated. I've lived here for seven months, and this is definitely the best apartment complex I've lived in. There's plenty of parking and even a trail outside for walking. Overall, I recommend living here. Review from 4/16/17 on Google
Apr 2017: We have been residents of this community for almost 4 years and we have the best experience. It makes you feel good coming home to this community. The property management is constantly looking to give the residents the best experience. They are prompt in responding to any request. The staff and team are very friendly, accommodating, easy to deal with and professional especially the property manager. I highly recommend Stone Creek at Druid Hills. Review from 4/12/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I've been here for half a year. I am satisfied the experience of being here. The leasing office is friendly. The maintenance team is extremely quick and efficient. I highly recommend this property! Review from 4/9/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I went to tour this community about a week ago and I was so impressed! The leasing office was so professional and helpful when I went to visit. When we drove around the golf cart for the tour you could clearly see how well kept and beautiful maintenance kept the grounds. I have a dog and I am excited for the dog park in the community. I am happy to say that I will be leasing with Stone Creek, I had a great tour experience. Review from 3/20/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I've been here for 4 years now and I'm very happy with them and their customer service. It's a great location, very convenient to everything with minimal traffic getting on and off the highway. The community is beautiful, safe and very accommodating from The pool/BBQ area, to fitness center/cyber cafe/laundry facilities and serene atmosphere when walking around the property. I do however have a problem with the limited parking spaces which has gotten better but overall they could expand their parking lots I guess if that means taking away from the beauty of the complex. Review from 3/4/17 on Google
Feb 2017: The staff are incredibly friendly, refreshingly competent and exceedingly responsive.. Maintenance issues are easy to report (using the online ticket system) and are addressed based on the level of importance I give it. I can't speak for other units, but I have had no issues regarding noise levels or security. The grounds are clean, as is the pool which is never crowded with loud, rowdy, or obnoxious guests (important when you have children, as do I). The nature trail around the complex is a nice place to walk the dog or enjoy some bird watching. Review from 2/19/17 on Google
May 2016: I moved here after a lot of research and I made the perfect choice. Work is minutes away and midtown is just over 10 minutes away. For the price of rent you are getting amazing customer service, an amazing apartment, and gorgeous exterior. Everyone is the leasing office has been extremely helpful addressing any issues or questions. The property is fully gated and in a secluded area so it is very quiet. I do not see a reason why anyone would want to leave this property unless they wanted to live downtown or decided to purchase a house! Review from 5/13/16 on Google
May 2016: If you are looking for a family - oriented, upscale yet centrally located residence for yourself & or your family matched with an unbeatable price with some of the very best in amenities then you have Definitely found the right place. My family and I have lived here for 3 years thus far and we couldn't be any happier, I especially appreciate the get togethers the staff here puts on for us... This Friday we will be watching the movie AntMan while enjoying Pizza & Sodas by the pool. Review from 5/10/16 on Google
Apr 2016: DO NOT live here. I lived here for two years. The business will do every little thing they can to make money off of you. Parking is awful, you must have a sticker to park (which are only available to residents) and there are about 30 visitor parking spots for 8 buildings (avg 28 apts per building; at least 200 apartments). If you park without a sticker, you get booted. Sometimes residents come home and there is no parking in the complex AT ALL. Again, DO NOT live here. My life's biggest regret. Review from 4/23/16 on Google
Dec 2015: Let it be known. This is not a dishonest attempt to make the employees of Stone Creek look bad. Everything that follows is fact and completely honest. And to cap it off, I will end it with excerpts from an email sent to me by the Corporate Rep is response to a lack of pest control. Starting, when you apply they ask that if you have pets, there are fees associated with them. Included in this is a $50 Poo prints fee, for when owners fail to pick up after their animals. The feces is supposed to be collected and the owner is then fined for failure to comply. Sounds good, but the truth is that the only part of this policy that is followed through on is the collection of the initial $50. There are piles of dog crap surrounding the property. Massive piles from massive dogs. Review from 12/22/15 on Google
Dec 2015: Although I may be able to fault Stone Creek with an annoying need to have every car decal in place, I understand there need. They are sitting on high ground if that is the only complaint I can think of. Stone Creek has been easy to work with and enjoyable to live at. I have one of the smaller units at under 700 sq ft but it has a massive balcony and additional storage space outside. Not to mention the fact that there is a great sized laundry room in my apartment. Review from 12/5/15 on Google
Nov 2015: I moved up to Atlanta and found Stone Creek online with great reviews so decided to check it out. Well it has definitely lived up to its awesome comments. It was by far the most affordable one bedroom that I could find so close in Atlanta to work, but it was also by far the nicest as well. Its secluded from all the hustle and bustle of Atlanta but close enough to the city and supermarkets/entertainment which is great. Its definitely an apartment complex that I would recommend giving a look. Review from 11/20/15 on Google
