Oct 2019: I did everything I was supposed to do. Gathered documents, paid the deposit fees and I was still denied. Ms. Rae Hall is a great person but she does not hold her word. The unit i saw was marvelous though. Seemed like a vibrant community, and the gym was very nice. Ms. Rae's services is what brought my ratings down. Review from Google
Sep 2019: DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here from December 2017 - July 2019. I have never been more disappointed with an apartment complex. - My AC stopped working over 8 times throughout the 1.5 years living here. It took them months to finally get me a new AC unit, and even that was faulty. This caused my apartment to heat up to 90+ degrees, I had to call the emergency maintenance line (which took forever) and this issue made my power bill go up. - My heat stopped working at least 3 times. Their solution was to give me a tiny portable unit while they fixed the problem - this took over 2 weeks and was extremely inconvenient because I had to keep a window open in the middle of winter in order for the portable unit to work. My power bill went up. No compensation was offered, even when I asked. - By the 9th time my unit stopped working, I tried emailing the staff, calling, and even went to the leasing office in person in the middle of the day Review from Google
Jun 2019: This is the worst place you can lease a place. We lease for 2 years just because the location and is been 2 years with a lots of problem in the unit. 1. Toilets were not working property and even they came and "fix it" after few weeks again broke. 2. The cabinets in the kitchen broke down over and over and all they do glue and of course they broke again. 3. the ac was not working and with temperature of 80 still took them a 2 weeks to fix, they don't care. 4. The dryer is old and they keep fix and of course does not work over the time whatever is old is old. 5. the paint from the ceiling coming off and they dont do nothing 6. Pool is close because did not pass the inspection , summer time and not pool because they don't prevent and take care in the right way 7 roaches and insects all the year around and you paying a service for that other more issues that were not resolve on time just at their convenience and don't care about the tenants really poor management and is so hard to get thing done probably maintenance guys cant not do everything but for sure they need to have better management company Review from Google

May 2019: I've been here for a few years and i've been very impressed with the leadership team as well as maintenance. The property is well maintained, friendly and located in a safe and pleasant area. The amenities are very attracting and walking past the pool reminds me of blue waters along tropical islands. May 2019: I've been here for a few years and i've been very impressed with the leadership team as well as maintenance. The property is well maintained, friendly and located in a safe and pleasant area. The amenities are very attracting and walking past the pool reminds me of blue waters along tropical islands. May 2019: I've had a 1-bed for over a year with no major issues. It's a great location on MARTA (plus easy access to I-85, 400, Buckhead, Midtown & Emory); peaceful at night and residents are pretty quiet as well. Although I haven't needed them too much, new management (Lynette) and Robert were helpful when I had a question. Be aware that cable is currently an added fee (hoping that changes), so factor that into your rent. Overall, I'm comfortable and I renewed my lease,

The apartment itself was nice to live in. They remained cool during the summer with little A/C effort and warm during the winter with minimal heating (lower power bills). The residents vary from working professionals to students at nearby colleges. It's international thanks to being close to Emory and the CDC, but everyone I've met and come across is quick with a smile and hello Review from Google

Feb 2019: I just wanted to give my experience with these apartments. Let me start by saying if your looking for a safe and beautiful property, THIS is home. But most importantly, if your looking for a staff and mainly a manger that cares about you, then look no further. The manager Lynette has been god sent to me and my family. She has always gone over and beyond. Anything I’ve need or requested she has gone the extra mile and with a smile. She is always pleasant and sweet when I come in the office. My work orders are handled timely and Courteously by her and the maintenance staff. I’ll be renewing my lease because of Lynette. Review from Google
Feb 2019: HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! I was hoping that my experience here would be better given the location, however, it has been the complete opposite. My car was broken into twice since moving in. This is attributed to the poor lighting within the parking lot. Additionally, there are no cameras within the parking lot area so the sense of security here is essentially non-existent. Within my own unit, there are several things that have been broken since moving in, for example, the ice machine as well as several cabinets. Apartment not properly cleaned upon move-in and evidence of water damage visible within bathroom and laundry area. Maintenance requests not resolved for 7 +days and upon confronting "management" with issues, they were very unhelpful, unwelcoming, and unconcerned, specifically the manager, Lynette. Jan 2019: I have been living in Sloan Square for 2 years(moving out in March) and haven’t been impressed with management or how Atlantic Pacific management company handles things. The “renovations” from the old units to the new are horribly done. I rented a “newly renovated apartment” only to find out about half the drawers in the kitchen work properly, no cabinet closes flush, vinyl flooring is again cheaply done from the cheapest contractor, moved into a “newly rwnnovated apartment” and the dishwasher didn’t even work due to “electrical issues”, I have had to fight German roaches the whole time I’ve been here and the offer pest control. Used it for a month straight every week and still could not get rid of the roaches. They decided to cheaply renovate the units and found contractors that clearly reflect it. Jan 2019: Since living at Sloan Square things have changed for the better. I really enjoy the resident events that we have now that we didn't have in the past. Also since the new manager there's been a difference overall, the staff is always pleasant, inviting and helpful whenever i go into the office. I hope things continue to get better. My agent name is Robert and I must say he's really GREAT, very informative and has the most welcoming energy I've ever gotten from an actual leasing Office! Nov 2018: The CHECK BOUNCED!!!!!!! I applied for Sloan Square two months ago and was Denied, which was a great thing because I found something better and cheaper and in a great location. However I need my admin fee back. They told me it will take a month before I can get it back. One month goes by still nothing, I called Sloan Square looking for my money they said they will look into it. 6 weeks goes by still nothing 7 weeks go by I received a check in the mail. I deposit it, The check bounced. Now I'm not able to get in touch with anyone. Review from Google
Nov 2018: The location is great. But there are ROACHES. Everywhere. I talked to management several times about it. It took forever to get my apt sprayed and they did not helped much. Plus weird animal noises on the roof all the time. The roaches situation was so bad that I didn’t want to stay or sleep in my own apt. When I talked to one of the new managers he said “Yeah I would move out too. This is Georgia. Bugs are everywhere.” Such a not okay or acceptable answer. Instead of helping they just brush people off. Awful. Plus my apt wasn’t ready the day i was supposed to move in. I ended up moving a couple of days later because the washer and dryer were in the middle of my living room and the carpet was not ready. Jul 2018: My girlfriend got defrauded and scammed out of her security deposit because management showed her a model apartment promising it would be the exact same as the one they're leasing to her. When she went to sign the lease, she saw her apartment and it had old smelly carpet instead of wood floors, door knobs were all broken, and everything was much older than the model. She went to talk to the agent who showed her the model and he wouldn't compensate at all except to offer to clean the place but it won't get the place up to what they falsely advertised.
