Sep 2019: Bad experience. When the flood came into the room, the office unwilling to change another apartment. No apology for us. Review from Google
Sep 2019: Cockroaches and hostile management staff. They're not willing to work with you in any way. Problems with appliances that get replaced and then more problems. don't waste your time looking here. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Just moved in about a week ago, Lisa was amazing. She made the move in process very easy and answered all the questions I could think of. The price is as good as it gets for the location. 2 nice pools, parking is decent, and the apartments are very new. I'm not sure how many apartments have this, but ours has 2 AC units so if you have a roommate that likes it extra cold/hot that's an easy fix here. Expect to pay a couple hundred more than advertised price (this goes for most apartments) for water/utilities etc. I have had all maintenance requests handled in a very timely manner. I think most of the bad reviews are because of the previous management and from people who expect perfection for a discount. I really like it here! Review from Google
Jul 2019: Subpar service. PROS: The pool looks beautiful and the gym. I sent in my notice of leaving more than 3 months in advance and got harassed for a renewal 2 weeks before my lease was going to end until I called and restated I already sent my answer. Now I am trying to close out of my apartment and account and I can never speak to anyone directly. When I do, everyone says their accountant will fix it and it never happens. All this while acquiring late fees for a month I am not there for. About the apartment; Don’t let the updated “look” fool you. Everything is made poorly. Their choice of flooring (a fake wood overlay sheet) was coming up within weeks of moving in at places. Walls are paper thin and there are serious cricket issues all around the grounds and in the apartments. I lived multiple floors up and still had crickets in the apartment. Review from Google
Jul 2019: Nice place to live. Not quite as expensive as the other complexes along Apache. Brand new, built in 2017. Two nice pools and pretty clean property Review from Google

Jun 2019: Was 5 stars, just changed to 1. Live here for a while and you would know why. I lived here for a year and few months, cars got scratched, homeless people stealing from cars, and the leasing office is a whole different planet. Review from Google

Apr 2019: There’s new management and they are 4000 times worse than the old management. I went to the office to ask a simple question and the lady that sits on the left side front desk was being so rude. I wanted clarification and she talked down on to me in a yelling tone. I would not live here because maintenance requests takes weeks also and management sucks. Plus stuff always breaks Review from Google

Apr 2019: I come a few weeks ago to look for an apartment. The only reason why I come back to them it was because of how nice they were to me! Lisa who helped me she is super nice, always smiling and so welcoming! She tried her best to help. Every time I have a question or something she is always there to help. If you thinking to move make this place one of your first options. Review from Google

Apr 2019: This place is the best! I’ve been to so many places and this lady Maria was so helpful and very sweet she gave the best tour ! The place is beautiful and clean ! Review from Google
Apr 2019: Maria was great! She deserves a raise she gave the best tour and had me fall in love with the floor plan she showed me! The community is so beautiful! Review from Google
Mar 2019: Few issues with the apartment since we moved back in June. Piping on the kitchen sink poorly made, it flooded underneath. However, we put in a maintenance ticket and was quickly fixed. Cheap flooring, in the kitchen area it started peeling. We pay for monthly fumigation and they've only done it once! Parking is a bit of a mess, there are regulations provided by Tempo but no one follows them. At the beginning, different cars would park in my spot (which I pay for) and when brought up to staff they said to leave a note on the car! basically they do not enforced their own rules. Unfortunately our building is full of students and problematic people. We are woken up almost every weekend by noisy teenagers or a lady fighting on the phone. Visitors are a huge issue, rocks are put in between doors and gates so that people are able to come inside the building. no security has been hired. We got a notice that Tempo has been bought out so hopefully the new owners and staff will do things differently Review from Google
Mar 2019: Nice spacious apartments for the price. Gated complex with keyFOB doors which is nice. Convenient location. I personally have had all maintenance requests resolved promptly.
Feb 2019: The staff here are truly terrible. I’ve been living here over a year and on multiple occasions was charged $100+ for late fees for issues with their systems. When I go to the front desk they are rude and unhelpful. The hallways are trashed and the complex feels unsafe regularly. The doors are usually propped open with rocks, or simply not working correctly with the locks. The tenants are very shady and throw loud, messy parties often. The appliances are cheap and break easily. This place is overpriced and I would never choose to live here again. Review from Google
Feb 2019: My husband & I moved in just over a month ago, & things are working out pretty well so far. There have been a few issues with our apartment, such as: ants coming through our front door from the main hallways, dishwasher flooded whilst washing dishes in the sink, & the boiler had a little smell the first week we moved in. After bringing these issues to Tempo's attention, they were addressed quickly & efficiently. We are very happy with our apartment, & love the modern yet simple interior; plus the amenities are lovely as well. Some things need to be addressed, such as: the number(s) that guests are to use to come through the gates, do not work for us, trash in the hallways on the weekends are a problem as the smell can be quite horrible (however Tempo do have a policy in place for those who leave their trash in the hallways after designated h Review from Google
Jan 2019: I've been living at this location since August 2017 and recently had to change my review. Since day one there have been issues with the apartment complex and office workers. Moved in and the entire first floor flooded: elevator was down, construction everywhere, gym down. And the kicker, it flooded the whole first floor again this year! Gates to get in and out constantly down or under maintenance. I pay for 2 covered spots, same spots since moving in, stickers and everything but they have towed my car once before without even an apology. And are now leaving stickers threatening to tow my vehicle again although I've went down there multiple times to get the parking situated. Trash is left in hallways for the whole weekend stinking up the building. don't move here! Review from Google
Dec 2018: Terrible experience. All stemming from front desk personnel. My five year old niece could do a better job. No trash enforcement. Smells like a dump everyday when I come home. Trash bags not in bins ripped open on the hallway floors. Especially bad over the weekend. Requested something to be done with no response. Followed to my door multiple times by homeless people asking for money. Doors propped open regularly with rocks. no security presence. Woke up to someone trying to break into my car and I had to yell at them from my balcony. Multiple neighbors informed me of their bikes being stolen. The gate is open during the day and night at random times. Pointless. When it’s closed people just jump it without consequence. I’ve been parked in multiple times. Moving trucks block my garage weekly. I was told to park somewhere else by the front de Review from Google
Oct 2018: Absolutely the worst apartment complex. Everything is flooded from the storms due to poor infrastructure, the gates are broken half the time, homeless people sleep on the outdoor furniture and jump into the pools at night. Live somewhere else. The people in the front office leave early and are incompetent and do not care what happens. The gym is often left at 85 degrees and the maintenance refuses to change it. Don’t even bother putting in a maintenance request because no one ever gets around to doing anything. When we moved in, we also had a roach and cricket problem. The hallways smell like sewage. Oct 2018: My experience with Tempo Apartment Complex has been very positive overall. The apartments are not cheap, but they're worth every penny for the luxury amenities, convenient location, beautiful/spacious apartments, and friendly/professional staff. A freak monsoon/microburst hit the complex which unfortunately caused some water damage in my unit, and management went above and beyond to compensate me for the inconvenience. I was thoroughly impressed by their handling of the situation and feel confident that if something were to go wrong during my stay here, the staff would bend over backwards to make things right. Aug 2018: There is no hot water when the day I moved in, and I very soon to told the front desk staff, all they did is tell me to send work order request online... what they dont know is I have been 5 days not able to take shower. They don’t look at the situation. They keep saying sorry/apologize, but they aren’t really feel that way, because they still keep what they want to do. Review from Google
Jul 2018: My fiancé and I just moved in at the end of June! About 3 weeks in and we are loving it so far. We stopped in to view the apartment a couple different times before we applied and each time we had a different staff member assist us, all were wonderful. During the last visit before we made things official we got to pick the exact floor layout, floor level, direction of the unit, and color scheme we wanted. AND see each individual apartment that we saw was available with what we were looking for until we found the perfect unit for us (we looked at 5-6 different units) and the leasing agent was patient and friendly the entire way. The application process was quick and simple and we were approved and had all documents in and finalized in about a week and a half. Dejia was quick to respond to any questions and emails that we had! And move in day w Review from Google
