Hi, Loading...

Jun 2018: The complex, the buildings and the amenities are to die for. The rooms, bathrooms and closets are all very spacious and everything is brand new. The pool area is a great area for relaxing & entertaining and I'm sure the fireplace will be amazing in the winter. Because it is a new building there were a couple things I had to call maintanence for but the maintance service here is outstanding! If I put in a work order, maintance will be in the next day (sometimes the day of if you put it in early enough) to solve the problem. I also love the Starbucks coffee machine but they need to get the Chai Tea back in the machine for those of us who don't acutally like coffee (I was drinking chai tea on the daily before they stopped getting it)!! Jun 2018: I love the apartment, the amenities and the buildings. But they really need to reinforce the curfew here, I want to know who I should be calling when there are people screaming right in from of my window at 1 AM waking me up. If they could make it clear who to call for noise complaints that would help a lot. Review from Google
Jun 2018: The apartments look good and the stuff are nice but unknowable and unprofessional. They will give you false information and they don't know the required documents. Many mistakes that delayed my move-in date 3 times. I have applied about 10 days ago, still did not move in, due to mistake on the management's end and I still have 3 days till my new lease is finalized, in which I have to pay fees to my current apartment because of mistakes Tempo management has done. Not a smooth transition at all. Also, Don’t believe the 4 week deal. You’ll still pay a month’s rent deposit... Review from Google
May 2018: My experience with Tempo was amazing. Friendly people and amazing staff. My best regards towards to all workers there, and thanks to the leasing office staff especially Deja for helping me pick an alternative for my living situation. Review from Google
Apr 2018: I love these apts, Its like living on a resort! I Highly recommend if you're a couple wanting to live in a luxurious and safe setting. The gym is🔥🔥🔥!! & get free Starbucks coffee from the clubhouse, a definite plus! The appliances are amazing, spacious kitchen, modern usb outlets, spacious bathroom/shower, walk-in closet, and everything from the toilet to lighting fixtures are all energy saving, 24/7 security, ... There's alot to appreciate living here! 5 stars all the way! Review from Google
Apr 2018: I was racially and sexually profiled when applying for an apartment at this property. Questions were asked that should not have played a role in the decision making process. YOU should be ashamed of yourselves. Review from Google
Mar 2018: We had a lot of problems at the beginning. Hidden fees. Missing packages. Inability to move in. The rooms here are very nice though. The only issue that we are struggling very hard with is how thin the walls are. I can hear anything my roommate does from her bedroom when I’m in mine, as well as our neighbors and the people above us. If someone is at the pool and they’re on the phone, the walls are so thin that I can even hear the words of the person talking on the phone. They don’t reinforce the curfew so people will be keeping me awake at 2 am on a weekday. The demographic here is odd and many of the male residents here make me uncomfortable. Parking is confusing and I was towed. I’m happy with the layout of the room and the location. Review from Google
Mar 2018: Feels like I'm back to living in a college dorm. The only difference is that instead of just a dorm room, I'm paying larger money to live in an apartment filled with somebody else's weed & cig smoke. It's a beautiful place on the outside, but they put these up so quickly that there are many cracks & crevices throughout. I have complained to management 4 times in 2 weeks but have only heard crickets respond. All I want now is to have my lease annulled and allow me to move on to someplace where I can enjoy a few hours to unwind after a challenging day @ work. If I get a response to this rating stating that I should call the office.... well, I already have contacted the office. Review from Google

Feb 2018: It’s our first week living here and everything is awesome by now. Building and units brand new, friendly team, wonderful fitness center, pools and barbecues. Amazing location, in front of light rail but we don’t use yet because we have car - that is one thing that It would be better: authorization to use one cover park for apartment for free, it’s happen in all others community’s that we visited. What we really don’t like here is that you must to pay $25 for a trash vallet service (+$10 that’s a usual trash fee), Its not good, it would be better if we can choose for this service and not an obligation. Feb 2018: Every apartment complex has problems but the difference with this one is that management doesn’t attempt to help or make any changes. My roommate and I have had expensive packages “go missing” and when we ask someone to look for them they simply don’t want to. They say you can have free parking here but that’s only for uncovered which has about 2 spots total and the rest are at the back of the complex where it’s sketchy to walk from because the building is right next to the light rail and homeless/drug addicted people are always walking around. There was some kind of drug addict who broke through our neighbor’s window and banged on my door shouting at me when I was home alone and the apartment never even reached out to me after to apologize or ask if I was ok. This only happened because we do not have security even though they sa Review from Google
Nov 2017: It’s a really great place to live in. I suggest to go talk with Deja to help you, she is very helpful, Nice person. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Beautiful property and amazing layouts. The amenities are beautifully designed and the landscaping and architectural design of the entire community both inside and out is absolutely beautiful and modern. Review from 10/24/17 on Google
Oct 2017: I would have rated this complex 0 stars but you have to at least put 1 star. This place is completely horrible and the staff never reaches back to you when they say they will. They are really nice but are horrible at keeping their word. Review from 10/14/17 on Google
Sep 2017: Clean, nice and very safe apartment. Facilities are all new and maintenance services are always on time which I really appreciate. Staffs on the leasing office are really nice and usually they work on weekends so you can ask them almost whenever you want. Especially I got a lot of help from Jennifer even before I live on this apartment. So far I am really satisfied with Tempo. Review from 9/27/17 on Google
Sep 2017: Wonderful place to stay in. The apartment is not only well furnished but fully equipped with the latest appliances. The granite kitchen top and hanging lights give a top notch luxurious feel. The best part of this is the LTRL, which is right across the street and makes my ride really comfortable. Lots of grocery store nearby accompanied by lovely restaurants too. The complex is well maintained unlike the others. The management is super friendly and always eager to help. They did almost everything for me. I just walked in from the flight and the apartment was ready for me. Review from 9/24/17 on Google
Sep 2017: The complex is fantastic, though a little over priced. Maintainance is spot on and is able to respond within a timely manner. Some advice I would give to the management would be to be more on top of getting back to future applicants about questions they may have. And make sure the college students don't ruin the community with their pot and alcohol parties. I've read some pretty bad reviews about other properties having terrible residents when being within walking distance of campus. This apartment is close enough to downtown while not being overrun with the worst kinds of tenants. As of September, most things are still underconstruction like parking, other buildings, one of the two pools, and the trash concierge services. Review from 9/17/17 on Google
