Info Details
1. Cambridge Circle is a townhome community near UCF right off Alafaya. It has inlets parking circles (see picture) so parking is less of an issue along the streets. Some people think satellite dishes look cool others do not like them so make a note that they are more frequent here. The mailboxes also point toward the sidewalk so you can actually check the mail and be somewhat distracted. Other places may point the mailboxes toward the street because there are no sidewalks (see included pictures).
2. The layout is 2 bedroom and 2.5 bath. There are not so many community features, but since you get what you pay for you may be able to get a bargain here. Simple living, at a good price, close to UCF, is a quick summary of Cambridge Circle. The buildings also do not look as new as others complexes nearby but you may use this as a way to negotiate your rent. The other advantage is that each building houses fewer people so if some are not as clean, the dirty percentage do not add up to where the whole building is affected. Compared to other students housing this subdivision is a quite neighborhood.
3. The sign is blue and whispers I am here, so it is very easy to miss if you are driving there for the first time. The units are individually owned by investors, so definitely you want to go in and see the units. That explains why the rent varies so much for the same living space. Some units have remodeled bathrooms and kitchen and some have the original set up.
4. You will have to drive by and call the for rent signs.
