Jun 2019: I moved here in the beginning of 2019. So sad to read some of the reviews posted that trash the community, because they are simply not true. The office staff has always greeted me warmly and helped me with whatever issue I had. I will say that every time I go to the office they are extremely busy and yet still provide me with excellent customer service. Never before have I moved somewhere and had 0 hassles or hiccups. It's truly refreshing living at a place where the staff has your best intentions in mind.I understand that things break or mistakes happen but I have found both maintenance and office staff work very hard to solve my issues and genuinely care for me. When a family member of mine passed away, the Manager of the community reached out to me with her condolences! What other property would do that? I also love that they provide monthly events for residents to come out and get to know each other. I truly believe that this is one of the best places for me to live. Review from Google

May 2019: I have been living here since July 2018. My roommates and I immediately regretted it. The first apartment they tried to give us was roach infested, had termites, and the roof had cracks and was literally caving in. The apartment that I am in now was a step up from that but still not worth the almost $1650 that we pay a month.
The infrastructure of these apartments are very poor and you can tell that there wasn’t much thought put into building them. The paint is cheap and the foundation isn’t stable. The showers aren’t fully attached to the walls, so there is constantly mold on the walls no matter how much you clean. ALSO THERE IS LITERALLY DIRT FROM OUTSIDE COMING THROUGH THE BATHROOM WALLS because they didn’t seal the floorboards correctly. I have lived in student dorms that were better than the Woodlands. There are honestly so many other apartment complexes in Orlando with better buildings, management, and prices Review from Google
Apr 2019: The staff are very friendly and accommodating. When we were not satisfied with our apartment after some issues they actually moved us to a bigger unit. We only pay a small amount extra and it should have been the unit we originally went for. Unfortunately however while the staff are nice and do their best that’s where it ends.
The renovated apartments have nice floors and a good color grey paint but it honestly looks like Stevie Wonder painted it with all the patches and paint runs. The ventilation is poor so mold grows on the windows etc. Nothing that can be changed, it’s just the age and design on the building. The pool areas are nice to be fair and usually you are the only one there.
The other bone I have to pick is some neighbors need to mind their business. Never have I encounter a group of older entitled people trying to tell me how to I should live in my own home. It's great for taking our dog for walks and the dog park is very convenient for off-leash running around. The three pools are conveniently placed around the community and are always clean. We moved into a renovated unit and love the open space in the kitchen, dining room and living room. The screened in porches are great to relax outside without having to deal with bugs. The community is conveniently located close to Route 408 and Route 50 along with being down the street from Valencia College. Dec 2018: I cant believe im seeing reviews like this!! I went n took a tour and the property is so nice. I was very impressed by the staff, they were very professional and so polite! Nov 2018: Most of the Staff is very unprofessional. Jamie and Ashley were very dishonest about the move in process. Every time I called to check the status of my application I was told I would be called tomorrow with a decision. It took over a week and a half to hear back from them, at this point I had already found another place to live. They even told me MULTIPLE TIMES THAT I WAS APPROVED WITH A HIGH DEPOSIT AND THAT THEIR MANAGER WAS THE ONE WHO SAID THAT AND THEY WERE WAITING FOR AN OFFICIAL EMAIL FROM HER. The maintenance team is very nice. The leasing office does whatever they can to make their jobs easier, even if it means lying. I was told multiple times that Jamie the leasing consultant had gone to lunch when I called, I had a friend call and she just so happen to come back from lunch 30 seconds later. Nov 2018: Don’t rent here! Worst mistake. Been here for almost 4 months now and have had nothing but bad experiences. When I was showed the apartment it was written down as a renavated apartment and they toured us the renovated apartment and we signed the lease for the renovated apartment, day of move in we were brought to our apartment with the key to a non renovated apartment and was told “it was a mix up with the computer system†the apartment was a mess, dirty walls, torn apart floors, cabinets chipped, A/C leaking. Couldn’t even believe they would welcome new renters to such a mess! Was told they would cheapen our rent only $50 for there mix up. My roommate and I toured the property with leasing agent April Lopez during the first week of June. (If you weren't aware the Woodlands is a bond property. This means that the household income total cannot exceed more than 95,000$ per year.) There were to be three of us living there and we are all law students, which was explained at the initial meeting. Fast forwarding to the next few days we all filled out our applications, payed fees and sent over two of our most recent pay stubs.
April was not timely with the process and our calls were almost never answered. We emailed pay stubs over TWICE because our lease could not be completed without them. I have lived here for 3 years. And in that time, there have been many changes. Honestly I can't think of one honest good change besides the property owners renovating the apartments outside (re-painting) and them re-paving the parking lots. Nothing else. There has been management changes (at least 3 different waves of new staff). I don't know if that is an indication of something going wrong with the management or not.
IMPORTANT*** If you have a normal job (9-5) and plan on calling in any issues with the apartment or if you just have a question... be prepared to call about 5-10 times before someone picks up (check screenshots of the proof).

Nov 2017: This is home lived here for the last five years the old staff was like family the newer staff not so much but i can still rely on seeing maintenance around and say hey can you..they have no problem fixinf anything for me. I love the fact that im in between hospital and grocery stores and church so i have everything important to me. After getting to know the newer staff members they too became friends and i never had a problem. Id reccomend this community to friend or family member. I moved in about a two months ago and absolutely love it. I got a completely renovated apartment for great price. The apartment I was planning on moving into fell through so I had to find something a little under two weeks, the moving process was amazing April helped us get all the paperwork we needed to complete in a week. The reason I deducted a star was because of the fact that the apartment was still being cleaned when we moved in and the towel racks were missing from the bathroom. That being said the apartment was the cleanest apartment I've ever moved into. Our washing machine stopped working and it took about a week to get it fixed, but I also understand that it's turn season and everything is very hectic for them.
