Apr 2017: I've been here for 3 years and this place has gone through changes in management. I've had good and bad experiences with each one. The present manager is great and knows what she is doing, the staff is also always as helpful as they can be. I've never had a problem with the staff and if there was a system error I always presented my case humbly and it was resolved. The only problem I've had were with residents and it was handled by the management team. Review from 4/16/17 on Google
Apr 2017: I wish I could give this place a negative rating.... DO NOT MOVE HERE! Do not be fooled by the nice men that work at the front office, no one ever answers the phone or calls back. We have tried to call them for 4 days (because the office is only open when we are at work). Their online payment system sucks and isn't correct half the time. I'm a very clean person and never had big problems until I moved here now there are roaches and spiders everywhere and guess what? When you call to report the problem no one answers. Mar 2017: I have recently moved into these apartments and with the help of April, and the gentlemen in the office we had an awesome experience!! When i mean everything went as smooth as can be that is exactly what I mean. She made sure we didn't have any problems and for that we are grateful!! Mar 2017: My experience living here for 3yrs was awesome no issue maintenance great on time. Everyone very helpful. Recently got new tenants around my section and not as nice. I want to say to those people. KARMA IS REAL. Within 24 hrs I have 2 dings on side of my car. I purposely park away cause people aren't like me to be considerate when u open the freaking car door. It eas hit hard to cause indented. I work hard for nice things, that's why I am not renewing my tenants lease moving back to my house. Jan 2017: One day after moving into the apartment, I saw bugs starting to appear on the walls. In addition, while using the shower in the morning I killed three cockroaches crossing the floor. Before moving in the clerk told me the pest company comes out every Wednesday only to spray. I was going out of town the day after I moved in and would not be back the apartment for two weeks. I hoped the problem was minor, but it turned out that was not the case. I called for the pest control to come the following Wednesday. I returned and roaches were all over the apartment. We tried to tell the front desk and she said, "We will TRY and get someone to come out tomorrow (Thursday), but since we already had them come out on Wednesday and there’s a holiday weekend coming up that may not be possible”. Dec 2016: This place never seems to answer the phone, filters are supposed to be supplied by the office, but they never seem to have any in stock. And management never has any direct answers to anything. Might as well have machines replace them. They always respond with "I dunno." Rates keep going up for the apartments, even though they look like they should be $100 - $200 cheaper than what they are going for. But management insists that the rates are increasing due to "market rates increasing." I would love to respond with, "FOR 'NICE' APARTMENTS!" Yeah these apartments are nice, but definitely not worth the rates they are trying to charge. Review from 12/27/16 on Google
Oct 2016: I haven't lived here long but so far everything has been great. We had a few maintenance issues when we moved in but we notified Jason and he was on it, the next day maintenance was at our place resolving the issues. So far parking has been easy to find. The Woodlands is perfect for anyone renting their first apartment. I recommend Jason because he's always there to help we almost moved to Villa Valencia but the vibe from the receptionist just wasn't right but with Jason there was an instant connection. May 2016: Aside from the signing process being terrible and all staff having inconsistent knowledge of the paperwork.... This is the first time since moving in that I've talked to a human being at the office when calling. Anyone looking to buy here, you're literally paying for the rent space. If you're looking for quality of service, this is the wrong place for you. Review from 5/13/16 on Google

Apr 2016: Terrible service. The apartments themselves are not awful, old and cheap certainly but not the worst. How they treat you as a resident and how very little they care about helping you is why I'm giving a one star - stay away from this complex if you expect any sort of respect, courtesy, or consideration from the staff. Mar 2016: I live here for 3 years I went to the office about 3 times about the noise next door they not do anything about it.the bug spray is something else I need to get my own stuff to clean the apartment. The apartment had in the bathroom and air conditioning vents. The stove not work very well. And few dogs very dangers walk around even I went to the office about few times to report look like they don't care ( I talk about pit bull) that only few stuff u will see around here .I only have maybe 2 more months to move out .I am not talk to talk look to u self when u come here and look around.i post my name because everything I say is true. Jan 2016: I have lived in the Woodlands for a year and a half now. I can't say I've been happy with the experience. Every time I call the office, I have to call at LEAST four times to get someone to answer the phone. More than half the time when the phone is answered, I'm not met with the excellent customer service one would expect from a company you pay to keep your home you pay good money for in working order. I don't get the feeling the employees want your stay in the complex to be a memorable or comfortable stay at all. I have had several maintenance calls that have been swept under the rug. Sometimes I have to call about an issue three times and report it all three times to get someone to come fix what's broken. Review from 1/7/16 on Google
Dec 2015: To start with this place is disgusting, full of bugs, mosquitos and roaches. This place is over priced, parking is always a problem, and neighbors throw their trash all over. They sit on the stairs to talk on the phone while eating food and throwing the remnants on the stairs, in the stairwell and in the bushes. My dog almost choked on a chicken bone I saw a tenant discard. The staff is HORRIBLE. If something needs fixing, you might as well fix it yourself or wait for them to bill you for the repair they didn’t make after the previous tenant moved out. The limited amenities that your kids will enjoy on this over priced place are always closed. Last but not least, they constantly have scheduled “repairs” where they will need to enter your apartment. Dec 2015: Do Not Move Here! Incompetent staff, expensive rent, bugs all over, even with a screened in back porch. Make sure that you get everything in writing because they will charge you even after you have vacated the premises for some time. Untrustworthy as a whole, look else where. Jul 2015: College is in August so we wanted to rent an apartment there, so we drove all the way to Orlando (2 hour drive) and we filled out applications, and payed the fees, $170, and apparently they had a specific level of income you had to have to live there... And they only told us AFTER taking our money and driving all the way there. No refunds, plus they ignored all of my emails asking them about it. 0/10 would not recommend, unless you like being robbed. Review from 7/3/2015 on Google
