The unit is on the third (top) floor and is right next to the 🏊 pool. Included in the lease is a carport that is assigned to your car, and is an extra $. included in the monthly price. My roommates are, as far as I&#;m aware, moving out as of the end of the leasing term. My roommates are friendly, but they keep to themselves and are not home super often. Amenities include: 🏊 pool, tennis court, volleyball court, basketball court, 🍔 grills with propane included, study rooms, 🏊 pool table, and a gym with various pieces of equipment. The community is 🌉 gated, with official law enforcement parked outside and in the parking lots during the night. Starting from 7: a.m. till : p.m., there is a 🚍 shuttle🚍 bus to the 💛 UCF campus every minutes. However, the campus is within 🚶 walking distance. Staff and maintenance have been easy to work with and are quick to address small issues I&#;ve had. Internet speed is about +mb/s, with an upload speed of about +mb/s.
