I am in a 2x2 unit in bedroom A (the bigger bedroom). The Verge is right next to 💛 UCF with 🚍 shuttles every minutes. We have great amenities like a renovated clubhouse, gym, resort style 🏊 pool, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts. I do have a significantly cheaper rate since I have been living here for 2 years already. Market price is around for a 2x2 and I have it a $ including unlimited 🌊 water and a $ 💡electricitycap. I am looking for someone to move in December. It does come fully furnished, however if need be, The Verge will remove all furniture upon request. Please feel free to contact me for any questions.
