Im looking to transfer my lease at Knights Circle for , the unit is a 3x3 with two other 👨 maleroommates, comes fully furnished, and is right next to the first Knights Circle 🚌 shuttlestop so you wont have to worry about not getting a seat. The roommates are respectful of the shared space, aren&#;t noisy, and are accommodating. The bedroom has a shared wall with a roommate and no neighbors so noise complaints wont be a concern. The lease is ready to be signed over as soon as possible or at any point between now and August.
The monthly rate is $ with utilities and amenities included, with an extra charge of around $ if you exceed the allotted utilities, though thats only happened to me once after living here for a year.
