Knights Circle has three phases, each with a clubhouse where you&#;ll find a 🏊 pool, basketball court, and a lounge/game room area with free refreshments. There are also 2 gyms, a 🎥 movie room, barbeque pavilion with a fireplace and printing labs! The complex is right across the street from 💛 UCF and there are 6 🚌 shuttlestops throughout the area that can transport you to and from campus! My apartment is located in Phase One and is in close proximity to the 🎥 movie room, study lounge, and the 2nd 🚌 shuttlestop. I have 3 other roommates that mainly keep to themselves but are sweet, nonetheless; we harmoniously share the kitchen, living area, and laundry room. When it comes to taking out the trash, there is a bin outside the front door where we can place our trash bags and it will get picked up throughout the week. Knights Circle also does an excellent job at hosting freeevents for all the residents (i.e Carnivals, Trivia Nights, 🏊 poolParties, etc). and on random days people drive around the complex and give out free Chick Fa La sandwiches!
I am looking to sublease my room for the spring semester of , and I put the move-in date for February because I won&#;t be gone until that ⌚time; however, if you would like to move in earlier or later, or if you need the space for little bit more than 4 months, please contact me and we can negotiate a suitable ⌚time frame for you!!
