Knights Circle is a 💛 UCF affiliates housing complex. Nice area extremely close to campus. Great security, 🚍 shuttle, 🏊 pool, tennis etc... Rooms are great size. This is a third floor unit so you will have no noise coming from above. They are completely sold out of 4x4 rooms for the upcoming school year. Your rent would be at my signing price because I signed early before rates went up. I will pay the lease transfer fee of $.. There is an 💡electric cap over $.. We have only gone over during the hot months but no more than $ 6. per room. One roommate only had a summer lease and has already moved out and another is also leaving so there will be a new group of 👩 girls in this apartment. I ❤️loved living here but have the opportunity to relocate to a house with members of my 💛 UCF A Cappella group.
